How Dante Falconeri was introduced on ‘General Hospital’

Dante was first introduced as a cop named Dominic Pirelli who was investigating Sonny. He was later revealed as Sonny’s son. His mother is Olivia Falconeri.

Outside of his relationship with Sonny, his other storylines have included his romance with Lulu Spencer, who he later married.

He also had relationships with Brook Lynn Ashton and Sonny’s former lover, Brenda Barrett. Lulu and Dante have one child, Rocco Falconeri.

Rocco was carried by Britt Westbourne, who stole their embryo and passed off the baby as her child with Patrick Drake. Dante and Lulu are now divorced.
