‘General Hospital’ Speculation: Will Robert Scorpio Come Between Anna & Valentin’s Burgeoning Love Affair?
This week’s General Hospital speculation focuses on how Robert Scorpio could come between Anna and Valentin’s burgeoning love affair. Scorpio and Anna have a long history on the show. And fans may think that he’s long over her. But based on the latest speculation, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

On ‘General Hospital’ Anna and Scorpio have a long and storied history
General Hospital fans who just started watching the show may not know that Anna and Scorpio “go way back.” But veteran fans of the show know that the pair first met in 1976 when they were working in Italy on a top-secret assignment. They were secretly married and had a daughter named Robin. But when Scorpio discovered that Anna was a double agent, they got divorced.
In response, Anna gave their daughter, Robin, to a family friend to raise. In 1985, Robin was kidnapped by Mr. Wu — and rescued by Anna, Scorpio, and Frisco and Felicia Jones (who are Maxie’s parents).
Anna and Scorpio got married again in Port Charles in 1991. However, the marriage was ultimately deemed invalid. And since that time, the pair have been going back and forth with one another. Then, on May 31, 2019, Scorpio confessed that Anna was the true love of his life.
Anna and Valentin’s romance is long overdue
Now, General Hospital fans know that Anna and Scorpio have a history that goes back more than 40 years. So it makes sense that the pair never really fully got over each other. But, as the old song goes, sometimes love just ain’t enough. And they never really could get their relationship on solid ground.
That brings us to Anna’s current relationship with Valentin, which is really just getting started. According to SoapHub, Anna and Valentin’s long-overdue pairing is now a hit with fans.
“What’s wonderful about the Valentin-Anna pairing is that they understand each other as no one else can – the double-dealing, the need to keep secrets and, oft times, work outside the perimeters of the law,” they wrote. “It’s part of their makeup as WSB and double agents, and it’s bonded them in a unique way. But did Scorpio ever get over his longtime love?
There’s a chance that upcoming episodes of General Hospital will feature Scorpio doing his part to get between his “true love” and her “new love.”
Scorpio never really did get over Anna Devane — and we know this from his admission all the way back in 2019. And the latest spoilers from SoapHub tease that Anna and Scorpio will “come to their own decision” in the coming days. Could it be that this will cause a rift between Anna and Valentin? There’s a very strong chance that this could happen.
Now, this is all just speculation. With Anna and Valentin’s romance being a hit, Scorpio throwing himself in the mix could cause some fans to revolt. But we’ll just have to tune in to upcoming episodes of General Hospital to know for sure.
