When it came to quarantine, keeping her pregnancy under wraps, and occupying her time, Hadid got busy in the kitchen. She has always shared her love of savory dishes and delicious desserts. However, her obsession with cooking went into overdrive amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
From pancakes to bagels and muffins, Hadid has never been afraid to indulge and showcase her new skills and favorite recipes with foodies worldwide. While her recipes, like her spicy vodka recipe to her delicious macaroni and cheese, have delighted fans, her banana muffins might be the ultimate treat.
The ingredients are so simple, and straight forward we’re sure they’re going to be a winner.

Hadid was eager to share her scrumptious banana muffin recipe as a part of UNICEF’s #UCANLEARN at home campaign. The campaign was in an effort to encourage people to stay at home amid the height of the pandemic.
The supermodel shared her recipe on Instagram, saying, “@halima challenged me to @unicefusa’s #UCANLEARN initiative, where we can all share something for someone else to learn at home during this unprecedented time!” The ingredients are probably already in your pantry.
- 4-6 smashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

To make Hadid’s banana muffins begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees and grease your muffin tin. Next, combine the bananas, oil milk, eggs, salt, and eggs into a medium-size bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon. Once the dry ingredients are well combined, create a well in the bowl and pour the wet ingredients into it. Use a wooden spoon to combine everything until it’s combined. The mixture should still be lumpy, so be careful not to over mix.
Divide the mixture into your buttered muffin tins. Place the muffins into the oven and immediately lower the temperature to 375 degrees. Bake the banana muffins for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Let them cool for five to 10 minutes before flipping them out of the tin. This is not the first yummy treat Hadid has shared with her fans, and we’re certain it won’t be the last.
