‘Good Trouble’: Is Cierra Ramirez a Twin in Real-Life?
For many people in Hollywood, it’s a family thing. Dating back to the early days of the industry there have been family dynasties of actors, musicians, and overall entertainers. The Fosters and Good Trouble star Cierra Ramirez has a sister named Savannah, and people often think they are twins.
What is Cierra Ramirez most known for?
Early in her career, Ramirez guest-starred on series like Zoey 101. She also had a recurring role on Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody as Jasmine. In 2012, she landed her first major role in the Freeform (then ABC Family) drama, The Secret Life of the American Teenager. As a recurring cast member, she appeared as Kathy.
She remained in the Freeform family when she landed one of the lead roles in The Fosters as Marianna Adams Foster. The Fosters ran until 2018, and since 2019 she has continued star as Marianna in The Fosters spinoff, Good Trouble.
Aside from The Fosters and Good Trouble, she also voices Marvel superheroine America Chavez in several animated projects for Disney XD.
Cierra Ramirez also has a music career
Ramirez also has an up-and-coming career as a music star as well, solidifying her as a triple threat. She is signed to Tribeca and Empire Music Group. Her first album, Discreet, was released in 2016. She’s released several songs over the past four years.
She has had many collaborations, one of her most popular songs is “Broke Us,” which features Trevor Jackson of Freeform’s grown-ish.
The ‘Good Trouble’ star has a sister
Ramirez has a sister named Savannah. There is not a lot confirmed information on the internet about Savannah, but from her Instagram page, we do know that she is a model and influencer.
She also has a YouTube page on which she shares content.
The sisters bear and uncanny resemblance and look extremely alike, which is why many people think they are twins. However, they are not, as Savannah is younger.
Fans have talked about how much they look like twins for years. A Tumblr post from a fan back in 2013 reads, “Cierra and Savannah Ramirez. They look like twins.”
Maybe sometime soon Savannah will guest star on The Fosters, which returns to Freeform in 2020. In the meantime, the show will have a holiday special airing in December.
