On YouTube, the promo trailer for Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 3, titled “Hotter Than Hell,” opens with a shot of the Grey Sloan Memorial residents buzzing about Addison’s return. Then Addison walks into the room, and makes a reference to her iconic entrance in the Grey’s Anatomy Season 1 finale.

“I’m Addison Montgomery,” she says. “And you must be the group that must be screwing up the program.”

Addison’s original quote calls out Meredith for sleeping with her then-husband, Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey). But regardless, the new residents are absolutely shocked, and Addison walks away smiling. Now, it seems Addison will help Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) teach the Grey Sloan residents when she returns for a cameo in the next few new episodes.
