Brown sued Kyriss in an attempt to evict her from his Florida home. The Blast followed the suit that was filed in Dec. 2019. He claimed he served her with eviction papers. The suit alleges that Kyriss was his “former girlfriend” who continued staying at the residence as his guest. He alleged that he “repeatedly demanded” that Kryiss vacate the property but she refused.

Kyriss shot back with her own lawsuit in which she demanded primary custody and child support for their children. She also spoke out saying she believed Brown needed a mental health evaluation and treatment.

She wrote, “Over the last few years I have stood at the side of my children’s father Antonio Brown and watched the rise and fall of an incredible man and athlete. Our children and I have distanced ourselves from him and our former home.”

At one point, police were called and Brown berated Kyriss in front of law enforcement before posting video footage of the altercation online.

Brown was arrested following an issue between he and his trainer at his home. He was released on Jan 24. on $110,000 bond. After his release, Brown appears that he wants to make a change both in his professional life and personal life. The terminated Patriots player has had a lot of time to think after months of on-going headlines that have painted him in less than a stellar light.

“And me being a “God” fearing man first, Truly understand That I owe my wonderful Kids and the mother @chelsie of my wonderful kids, The world Biggest Apology, for my Public out breaks through social media, and for the hurt that I may have took them through while on my Emotional roller Coaster that we all are faced with in Life. #TheGreaterMe.”

Brown and Kyriss share two children – Kyriss has two other children from a previous relationship. After months of battling with Kyriss, he appears to be trying to make amends.  It’s been a long road to being civil. Even prior to Brown’s stint in prison, they had been battling privately before things became public.

It’s not clear if they have reconciled but the two were seen partying together during Super Bowl weekend.

Hopefully for the sake of their children and former love affair, Brown can continue to clean up his act.
