Marvel’s Hawkeye is approaching its last two episodes, and the Disney+ show has a lot to answer before it takes its final bow. The fourth installment finally brought Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) into the picture, but it also saw Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) and Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) parting ways. They’re bound to find their way back to one another in the remaining episodes. What is the release date and time for Hawkeye Episode 5?

Hawkeye Episode 4 sets up the show’s final installments, putting all of Clint’s enemies in one place before the season concludes. That includes Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) and Yelena, but there’s also a Big Bad pulling the strings — one viewers have yet to actually meet.

That person is likely to be revealed in the last two episodes, which will also determine whether or not Clint actually makes it home for Christmas. He’ll probably find himself in more danger before the holiday arrives. Fortunately, Kate is unlikely to leave him alone just because he asked her to.

How the pair will make up in Hawkeye Episode 5 remains to be seen, but it’s bound to happen before the finale. Either that or the Disney+ show will give them some much-needed time apart before throwing them together again. With any luck, the former will prove true, if only because fans want to see more of their entertaining dynamic.

When will Hawkeye‘s fan-favorite duo return to the small screen?

‘Hawkeye’ Episode 5 release date and time

Hawkeye has consistently stuck to its Wednesday release date, and episode 5 of the Disney+ show will be no different. New installments drop on Disney+ every Wednesday around 12:01 a.m. PST, or 3:01 a.m. EST. Committed fans have been waking up early to see how Clint and Kate fare, and doing so might prove necessary to avoid spoilers with all the big reveals coming our way in the next two weeks.

According to Decider, this is what the season’s schedule looks like overall:

  • Episodes 1 and 2: Nov. 24, 2021
  • Episode 3: Dec. 1, 2021
  • Episode 4: Dec. 8, 2021
  • Episode 5: Dec. 15, 2021
  • Episode 6: Dec. 22, 2021

With just two outings left, Hawkeye Episode 5 promises to up the stakes — and perhaps set up a few other Marvel projects in the process. Outside of firmly establishing characters like Echo and Kate Bishop in the MCU, what can fans expect from the series moving forward?

It’s hard to say exactly what will go down in Hawkeye Episode 5, especially since Marvel doesn’t release previews or synopses leading up to new installments of its Disney+ shows. However, the studio did drop a new trailer with footage fans haven’t seen before. That means some of it must be from the next two chapters.

Included in that footage is more of Yelena, so fans can anticipate seeing Natasha Romanoff’s (Scarlett Johansson) little sister again soon. Whether she’ll finally tell Clint why she’s hunting him is another story. The two are locked in combat toward the end of the new trailer. However, Yelena seems positively pleasant in another brief shot, leaving fans to question whether she’ll team up with Clint and Kate in the end.

The first four episodes of Hawkeye are currently streaming on Disney+.
