Marrying into the royal family doesn’t mean that you’ll be a king, queen, or even a princess.

Queen Elizabeth’s husband, Prince Phillip, is Greek, so he can’t actually hold the title of king — he is a prince consort. If Prince William does become king, his wife, Duchess Kate, will be a queen consort. And when Prince Harry walked down the aisle with Markle, she too became a duchess.
