Demi Moore really did not hold back in her new book, Inside Out, where she opened up about a number of topics, including all three of her marriages.

And while there are many surprising claims, Moore’s revelations about her relationship with Ashton Kutcher arguably stand out the most. Unsurprisingly, this reportedly hasn’t sat well with Kutcher, who now has a family with Mila Kunis.

Here’s a recap of Moore’s comments on Kutcher

In the book, Moore details her relationship with the That ‘70s Show actor, which lasted for nearly a decade. (They met in 2003, married in 2005, and divorced in 2013.)

She wrote about how they once lost a baby, after which she began drinking and abusing prescription pills.

Moore also opened up about how she “went into contortions to try to fit the mold of the woman [Ashton] wanted his wife to be.”

“I put him first,” she wrote. “So when he expressed his fantasy of bringing a third person into our bed, I didn’t say no. I wanted to show him how great and fun I could be.”

After the threesome, she felt ashamed of what happened.

“They were good people, but it was still a mistake,” she said of the people included in their sexual activities. “I was strangely flooded with shame, I couldn’t shake the feeling that this whole thing was somehow my fault.”

There are cheating allegations, too

Moore went on to detail how their threesomes eventually led to Kutcher’s infidelity, writing, “Because we had brought in a third party into our relationship, Ashton said, that blurred the lines and, to some extent, justified what he’s done.”

It was an issue that eventually caused their breakup.

“How did I get here?” Moore continued. “The husband who I’d thought was the love of my life had cheated on me and then decided he didn’t want to work on our marriage. My children weren’t speaking me. … Is this life? I wondered. Because if this is it, I’m done.”

Kutcher and Kunis’ reaction to the book is revealed

A source told E! News on Sept. 27 that the actors are having trouble dealing with the “unwanted attention” they’ve received from the book, which hit shelves on Sept. 24.

“The unwanted attention has been hard to deal with. They have no interest in being dragged into the spotlight or reliving the past,” the source explained. “Ashton knew it was coming and he did have a heads up. But of course he would prefer not be brought into this.”

The insider added, “Demi was always very private so it came as a surprise that she wanted to air all of her dirty laundry and have so much focus and attention on her personal life. Mila and Ashton are just riding out the media attention and know it will die down soon.”

But it seems like Kunis is taking it easier in than her husband, with whom she shares two children: Wyatt Isabelle and Dimitri Portwood.

On Sept. 24, he posted a cryptic tweet that said, “I was about to push the button on a really snarky tweet. Then I saw my son, daughter, and wife and I deleted it.” He instead posted a quote from his father.

But Kunis is at least supporting him during this time.

“Mila is very supportive and understanding. It was a different time in Ashton’s life and feels like a lifetime ago for all of them,” the source continued. “They have moved on from all of that and have a completely different life now with their kids and family.”

Sounds good. Hopefully, this will all blow over soon.
