The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is a drama and comedy (we’d like to use the term “dramedy”) set in the 1950s surrounding a housewife named, Miriam ‘Midge’ Maisel, with a seemingly perfect life.

Midge has a massive apartment on New York’s Upper West Side filled with designer clothes, two kids, and a husband. Then one day her husband announces he’s leaving her for his secretary.

To top it off, he packed his things in Midge’s suitcase when he left. Dealing with this big change in her life, Midge stumbles upon a career in stand-up comedy.

When did ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ premiere?

The show premiered on Amazon Prime Video in March 2017. That means anyone with Amazon Prime can watch the series. Fans of the pilot episode had to wait eight months before the rest of the first season became available.

The first season has eight episodes, each one about an hour in length. Most likely due to the popularity of the show, the second season added two more episodes rounding out the season with 10 episodes.

While the show is set in New York City, the characters travel to the Adirondack Mountains and Paris throughout the course of both seasons.

When will Season 3 of ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ premiere?

Seasons 1 and 2 of the show premiered about 16 months apart from each other, both in the middle of the holiday season. We’re assuming Season 3 will be no different from the others. Come Thanksgiving, check your Amazon account once your food coma has subsided and you may find new episodes waiting for you.
