When rumors of a romance between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson first began, fans couldn’t have been happier. It was in August 2016 that the relationship was officially confirmed, and it almost looked as if the reality television star had finally found her happily ever after.

After several tumultuous relationships and a divorce, many people knew that no one deserved happiness more than Kardashian did, and the excitement grew even deeper when the couple announced that they were expecting their first child.

It wasn’t long, though, before the basketball star was caught being unfaithful, and it wasn’t exactly a one-time deal. So, how many times has Tristan Thompson cheated on Khloé Kardashian, and who did he cheat with?

How many cheating instances were there?

Fans hate to see the middle Kardashian sister with a broken heart, but sadly, over the years, it has happened several times and rumors have flown for years. So, how many times did Thompson get up close and personal with other women, leaving the reality star devastated? According to Distractify, there are quite a few instances that we know about.

In 2017, shortly before the couple welcomed their daughter, Thompson was seen kissing more than one woman at a hookah lounge. Shortly after, Thompson was spotted going into a hotel room with Instagram model Lani Blair, sparking unconfirmed rumors he was cheating again.

It doesn’t end there, since the basketball star was also caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods, causing a huge scandal among Woods and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Fast forward a short time and Thompson was spotted with an unidentified blonde while he and Kardashian were on opposite sides of the country. After the reality star said that she was willing to forgive him, cheating rumors surfaced, and he was linked to another Instagram model named Sydney Chase. 

The most recent indiscretion

Having someone you love be unfaithful is one of the most hurtful things that can happen, and it is the most recent situation that really takes the cake. According to People, Thompson confirmed that he had actually fathered a child with another woman, after previously denying the allegations.

Maralee Nichols gave birth to a son on December 1st, naming the Sacramento Kings player as the father, and he recently posted on social media:

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son.”

Kardashian was understandably extremely hurt, and Cosmopolitan can report that a source says she knew about the baby before the news broke.

So, in total, Thompson has cheated on Khloé Kardashian at least 3 times, from the hookah lounge kissing incident, the Jordyn Woods scandal, and now the Maralee Nichols cheating scandal. Although other allegations have circulated, these are the only confirmed instances of cheating the public knows about.

Thompson apologized to Kardashian on social media

Although Thompson has said that he is happy about his new child, he still knows how deeply he hurt his ex-girlfriend. Being cheated on is difficult enough, and Kardashian had to endure the humiliation with the entire world watching.

According to The Washington Post, Thompson took responsibility for what he did by posting a message saying,

“I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately … Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”

Although we applaud Thompson for stepping up, our hearts go out to Kardashian, and we hope she finds the happiness that she deserves.
