The 2022 Academy of Country Music Awards will take place on March 7. Dolly Parton, Jimmie Allen, and Gabby Barrett will co-host the award show. There will be a number of changes at the 2022 ACM Awards compared to previous years. For the first time since 2019, there will be an in-person audience for the music award show. The 2022 ACM Awards will also only be available via streaming and cannot be watched on network TV. Here’s how fans can watch the 2022 ACM Awards on Amazon Prime.

The 2022 ACM Awards can be streamed on Amazon Prime

In the past, the ACM Awards were broadcast on TV, starting out on ABC before moving to NBC and most recently CBS. However, the 2022 ACM Awards will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime.

Viewers who already have Amazon Prime can watch the award show by following this link. If fans do not have Amazon Prime, they can sign up for the streaming service through this link.

Amazon Prime has a 30-day free trial, meaning fans who sign up before the 2022 ACM Awards take place will be able to watch the award show for free.

The trial can be canceled at any time, but it must be canceled before the 30-day mark is reached. If viewers do not cancel the free trial in time, it will cost $14.99 a month.

What time will the 2022 ACM Awards start?

The 57th ACM Awards will take place in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. The livestream for the award show will begin at 8 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime.

Tickets to be in the in-person audience for this year’s ACM Awards can be purchased on Ticketmaster. While tickets are being resold at a higher cost, general admission tickets for the event cost $25.

In order for fans to attend the award show in person, attendees must be vaccinated against the coronavirus (COVID-19). To enter the venue, fans will be required to show proof of vaccination.

What to know about the 2022 ACM Awards

Parton will be the main host of the award show with Allen and Barrett as her co-hosts. Parton will also perform with Kelsea Ballerini, and Kelly Clarkson will perform Parton’s song “I Will Always Love You.”

According to the Academy of Country Music, the award show will also feature Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Maren Morris, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Chris Young, Mitchell Tenpenny, and more as performers.

Miranda Lambert, Underwood, Carly Pearce, and Young lead nominations going into the award show, and they each have four nominations.

Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year are the two most competitive and acclaimed categories at the ACM Awards. Below is the list of nominees in the two categories.
