David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are one of the most famous celebrity couples in the world. David was an international soccer star, who since retiring from the sport has had numerous endorsement deals. He’s also president of the soccer team Inter Miami CF and co-owner of the Salford City football club. Victoria meanwhile began her career as a singer in the wildly popular ’90s girl group the Spice Girls before successfully venturing into the business of fashion design. But did you know they have an impressive real estate portfolio as well?

David and Victoria Beckham’s $8 million Cotswolds estate

David and Victoria own a mansion in Cotswolds, England. Fans get a peek inside the property from time to time via their family’s social media accounts.

The estate is known as the Beckhams’ second home and is country-barn conversion. It boasts fireplaces, several chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, lush gardens, a pool, a gym, an Estonian sauna, and a tennis court which has been converted to a soccer field. The home has wooden floors throughout with white marble worktops and black tap finishings in the bathrooms.

The house has lots of exposed brick walls, however, their son Romeo’s bedroom has wooden paneling on the walls. His brother, Cruz, has paneling as well on the walls of his room painted white.

Their $43 million London mansion

Victoria and David’s main residence in Holland Park, London, is just as stunning. The price tag for the home was a hefty $43 million which is more than three times the price of someone like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s mansion in California.

The Becks reportedly spent an additional $11 million to renovate it in 2016. The house has its own gym, a wine cellar, state-of-the-art kitchen, a spacious patio, and even separate living quarters for their eldest son Brooklyn.

The entrance of the home is nothing short of grand with a monochrome color scheme featuring black and white tile floors, and numerous wall-mounted lights lining the hallway. Hardwood flooring is installed in a number of the other rooms. Like their Cotswolds pad, this house also has fireplaces and lovely chandeliers hanging from the ceilings.

Before moving to Miami, David talked about why he wanted to bring a soccer team to South Florida and making the city his home.

The Observer reported that in 2020, he and his wife dropped more than $24 million on a five-bedroom condo inside One Thousand Museum. “One Thousand Museum is a very special building and we are excited to join the community there,” a spokesperson for David said when the couple purchased their unit.

The residence, located in downtown Miami, is a full-floor penthouse with plenty of amenities including a fitness center, a bar, multiple pools, a spa, a hair and beauty salon, an acai and juice bar, and a private beach club. The building, which was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, is 62 floors and home to around 100 tenants. It also has its own helipad on the roof.
