The hilarious story Will Estes told about Rob Estes
Will Estes revealed he is not related to Rob Estes during an interview with The Talk hosts. He told the story about he used to joke when he went for auditions and tell people Rob Estes was his father.
“People used to always ask me if I was related to Rob Estes,” said Will. “And I used to try to start to entertain myself. So, I used to say, ‘He’s my dad but he doesn’t really acknowledge me anymore.’ And everyone’s jaw [would drop]. And I would say, ‘Just kidding.’
Will eventually ran into Rob and had to tell him about the story he had been telling casting directors. “One time [Rob] came into the studio before an audition and he sat down next to me,” said Will. “He had a meeting. I said, ‘Rob, have you ever heard this story? Because I’ve been saying that you’re my dad and you won’t admit that I’m your kid.’ He thought it was really funny too, I was really glad.”
