Jack Harlow Is ‘Receptive’ to a Romantic Relationship: ‘I’m Always Looking for the One’
Jack Harlow has become music’s newest heartthrob. With his looks, stage presence, and multiple hit songs, the young rapper has become increasingly popular over the past year. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Harlow talked about his love of music and gave some details about what his romantic life is like.
Jack Harlow is ‘always looking for the one’ when it comes to a relationship
Harlow is typically incredibly private about his personal life. He often takes his friends to events and does not discuss his romantic relationships.
Speaking with Rolling Stone, Harlow shared that he is “receptive” to the idea of having a long-term partner in the future.
“I’m always looking for the one,” Harlow told Rolling Stone.
He then clarified, “Um, well, I’m not on active hunt, but I’m very receptive and open. Like, I’m definitely not somebody that’s like, ‘I’m 23, I ain’t gonna find the one right now.’ There’s no reason for that. I just take things as they come. So I’m receptive.”
Jack Harlow is interested in dating older women
Harlow turned 24 years old on March 13. Speaking with Rolling Stone, the rapper shared that he is interested in women who are older than him.
“Maybe it’s an Oedipus complex… I like somebody I can learn from. And that’s for real. It sounds, like, sly, but really, I think that’s part of the appeal is somebody has definitely seen more than me, has got some years on me. I remember one time I tweeted, ‘I love when a girl has kids, because it’s like, Oh, you’ve definitely f*****,‘” Harlow told Rolling Stone.
The rapper continued, “What’s crazy is I knew it’d be funny, but that’s really how I feel. If a girl’s had kids, you’re like, ‘Oh, yeah, you’ve gone there.’”
The rapper does not pay attention to what is said about him online
Harlow is quite active on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, but the rapper does not take to heart what people comment on social media.
Harlow told Rolling Stone:
“They say the worst things you can imagine… ‘This guy’s f****** hideous. He’s disgusting. He looks dirty. He looks f****** gross.’… It builds up to so much, the same way the love builds up to so much that it starts to mean nothing to you. Just the same way when I read like, ‘Oh, he’s cute.’ When you see enough of those, you just realize people are either happy or unhappy. That’s how I see it.”
Harlow has been busy releasing new music. In February, he released a single called “Nail Tech” along with a music video for the song. He dropped a new single called “First Class” on April 8.
Harlow’s album Come Home the Kids Miss You will be released on May 6.
