Jack White, Future, and My Chemical Romance to Headline Atlanta’s Music Midtown Festival
Jack White, Future, My Chemical Romance, and Fall Out Boy will headline this year’s Music Midtown Festival in Atlanta, GA. The two-day music festival will take place on Sep. 17 and Sep. 18. on four stages. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 20.
Music Midtown brings a diverse music lineup to Atlanta
Rock, rap, emo, pop, electronic and R&B music will all be represented in 2022’s Music Midtown lineup this fall. Jack White, Future, Fall Out Boy, and a recently reunited My Chemical Romance will headline the two-day music festival.
Emo icons, My Chemical Romance broke up in 2013 but reunited in 2019. Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), they could only play one tour stop before live events paused. MCR started a new tour in Europe this month and will kick off the North American leg in Oklahoma City on Aug. 20.
Other artists slated to perform are Mitski, Phoebe Bridgers, Phoenix, A Day to Remember, Turnstile, Louis the Child, 2 Chainz, Conan Gray, Quinn XCII, and 100 Gecs.
Piedmont Park will host Music Midtown with a variety of food and activity options
Live Nation Atlanta President Peter Conlon shared his enthusiasm for the festival. “Over 25 years strong, Music Midtown remains a monumental music festival that brings a diverse lineup of the biggest names in music year-after-year, while giving back to the city that I proudly call home.”

There will be food options for those with dietary restrictions. The festival’s website shared, “Music Midtown features some of Atlanta’s favorite local bites not to mention everything from gluten-free to vegan to good old-fashioned corn dogs. Music Midtown plays host to a wide variety of choices that really hit the spot and give you that extra push you need for a weekend of fun.”
Besides the music performances, there will be a Ferris Wheel overlooking the festival and outstanding views of the Midtown skyline to enjoy.

Tickets for the Music Midtown Festival go on sale this Friday, May 20th, at 10 AM ET via www.musicmidtown.com, with layaway plans starting at $19 down.
VIP Ticketholders will be treated to a dedicated entrance, VIP Lounge Access, preferred stage viewing areas, complimentary beer and wine, and air-conditioned restrooms.
Super VIP ticket holders also receive the perks of an air-conditioned lounge by the main stage with seating, a full complimentary bar, gourmet catered food, golf cart transportation between the main stage and stages in the meadow, and more.
Ticketholders from 2020 and 2021’s canceled festivals will not need to purchase new tickets.
