‘Jersey Shore’: Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi Shows off Luxe Home on ‘MTV Cribs’
Have you ever wanted to know how Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi lives when she’s not filming Jersey Shore: Family Vacation? Polizzi welcomed MTV into her Northern New Jersey home, where they took a tour of the luxe digs. Polizzi shared tidbits about her off-camera life for the latest episode of MTV Cribs.
Nicole Polizzi has been part of the ‘Jersey Shore’ cast for 12 years
Polizzi joined the cast of the original Jersey Shore series in 2009 at the age of 22. She was an instant hit with viewers from the moment she first opened her mouth to her fellow castmates yelling, “Party’s here!” While her fellow housemates did not appear to initially care for Polizzi’s hard partying ways, she was the reason they became a family. While at a bar on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, Polizzi was punched in the mouth by a fellow patron. The cast rallied, tending to her wounded face and confronting her assaulter.
Polizzi was the heart of the show and the person most of the cast could count on as a friend. Throughout six seasons of the series, Polizzi drank and partied her way through New Jersey, Italy, and Miami, Florida. In Jersey Shore‘s final seasons, she found love with now-husband Jionni LaValle and became pregnant with their first child, Lorenzo.

Polizzi worked her brand, which consisted of marketing herself as the key commodity. She hosts a podcast, runs two boutique locations, an online shop, and other business opportunities where her likeness is used as a marketing tool. Polizzi is also the host of MTV’s Messyness and has hosted How Far is Tattoo Far? for the network, a beach cabana renovation show for HGTV, and a home renovation show with her husband LaValle for the DIY Network.
Polizzi is also the author of five books, including A Shore Thing, Confessions of a Guidette, Gorilla Beach, Baby Bumps: From Party Girl to Proud Mama, and All the Messy Milestones Along the Way and Strong is the New Sexy.
Nicole Polizzi’s ‘Jersey Shore’ fame led her to a life of luxury
Polizzi’s hard work and dedication to keeping herself in the public eye has led to a profitable career. In 2012, Polizzi and LaValle bought the land and would build their custom dream home in Florham Park, New Jersey. The couple purchased the property for $2,589,786 per NJ.com, and the building would be completed three years thereafter.
The young family moved in the same month their second child, Giovanna, was born, September 2015. Polizzi and LaValle welcomed a third child, son Angelo, in 2019.
Nicole Polizzi led fans into her residence on ‘MTV Cribs’
On MTV Cribs, Polizzi took fans through her home, which includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is 5694 sq. ft. She told fans, “We saved up all this money from me being drunk and hungover, and now we have this gorgeous house.”
She said she wanted her home to be cute and pretty but claimed it could be a mess because she has three kids. Polizzi showed off her bar next to her children’s playroom, which featured a stunning chaise. She joked that if she drinks too much, she passes out, and then “you wake up and say, ‘what happened? where’re my kids?”
Polizzi showed off her huge living room where the family gathers to relax and watch television. Her stunning kitchen features a double-wide refrigerator that holds several varieties of her favorite snack, pickles. Polizzi admitted she is not the mom who subscribes to one way of eating for her children. She said she’s rewarded them with junk food if they do their homework or clean their room.
Other rooms Polizzi showed off were a downstairs bar area, LaValle’s man cave, and her bedroom, which is decorated with a leopard bedspread and a painting of her late cat with angel wings.
