āSo, I start my day with Headspace, the app, and that can be like sitting in silence or brushing my teeth,ā Jonas said. āItās just a way for me to check in with myself before Iām checking on social media or Iām texting people.ā
āBecause itās so easy to look at your phone first thing in the morning and be like, oh, I have to do this work thing or I missed this call or like, somethingās going on in the world that itās easy to make sure to like, just check in with yourself before you check in with anything else,ā he continued.

āI write a gratitude list of what Iām grateful for that day, and it can be short; as simple as, Iām grateful for this coffee that Iām about to have and itās going to give me the energy for the day, or itās like bigger and broader,ā he said. āIām grateful that Iāve got two legs that I can walk and run, and I got eyes that work that I could see the world and a voice that I can express my love for music. And so, itās everything from the small stuff to the big stuff.ā
