Jordyn Woods Is Done Apologizing for the Tristan Thompson Scandal
It’s been one year since the cheating scandal that rocked the internet and the KarJenner inner circle. Last Valentine’s Day, Kylie Jenner’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods, found herself in the midst of a media firestorm when she was caught kissing Khloé Kardashian’s then-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson at a house party.
The NBA star had had a history of cheating on Kardashian with various women throughout their relationship, even humiliating her when she was 9-months pregnant with their daughter, True Thompson. However, no one expected Woods to be caught up in all of the drama.
Since then, Woods has apologized for her role in the scandal. However, after a year in the spotlight because of this, she wants everyone to move on.

Though she was obviously hurt by Thompson and Woods’ betrayal — it has all taught Kardashian a valuable lesson, namely about having discernment in her relationships and being aware of red flags. In December 2019, the Good American posted a long message about forgiveness on Instagram.
“I want nothing but beautiful blessings for EVERYBODY that has ever been in my life,” she said in part. “Regardless of what they have done or not done to me. I want people to be kinder in this world. We are all here to live and experience life. Therefore we may make mistakes along the way and if we are lucky we will grow from every mistake we make. If we are blessed enough, we get to grow to be incredibly kind and beautiful people. I wish that for everybody in the world. I want peace and happiness for ALL! I’ve given it to God. That message is for Jordyn. It’s for anyone else who has ever hurt me. For some reason, people want to assume that I’m talking only about Tristan.”
Currently, Kardashian and Thompson are enjoying a healthy co-parenting relationship. “Tristan is very charming and sweet to Khloé,” an insider told People. “She always wanted to keep her family together because of True. Splitting from Tristan in the past was extremely difficult for her. She is flattered that he is trying to win her back, but not flattered enough to be in a romantic relationship with him. Who knows what will happen in the future though.”

One of the casualties of this situation was Woods and Jenner’s relationship. Though the duo was once thick as thieves, they no longer speak to one another.
Jenner has moved on with her business dealings and her new group of friends with Woods has moved on with her new opportunities and focusing on the things that make her happy.

When the cheating scandal came to light Kardashian seemingly threw Woods under the bus as if Thompson had nothing to do with it. After apologizing for her role, Woods has moved on completely.
“Jordyn’s position now is she’s going to just let it be what it is,” a friend tells People. “She said what she had to say… She’s working. She had a stint on a TV show and she has a couple brand deals coming up. She’s not doing too, too much, but is staying busy.”
It looks like everyone is over it.
