Justin Bieber, as many already know, is the Canadian songwriter and singer who took the music industry by storm when he landed a sizable record deal with Usher. Bieber, who began as a YouTube star and local talent show contestant, went on to become the first solo artist ever to create four Top 40 singles before releasing an album.

His debut album in 2009, My World, went platinum on a global scale. He soon became an industry bad boy with some unscrupulous behavior. But he came back strong again in 2015 with yet another number one song, “What Do You Mean?”

Since then, Bieber has gone on to collaborate with others, including Luis Fonsi. He broke records again this year when his Changes album made Bieber the youngest ever to have seven albums soar to the top of the Billboard Hot 200.

Justin Bieber loves his cars

With his massive success in the music industry comes hefty sources of ongoing revenue. The teen heartthrob has invested some of his fortunes in his elaborate collection of exotic and expensive cars.

Puff Daddy gifted him a $200,000 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, for his sixteenth birthday, and that may have solidified Justin Bieber’s love of high-end rides. Bieber continued to amass his collection of glamorous wheels in purchasing a Lamborghini Aventador, a performance beast that can go zero to 60 in a measly 2.9 seconds when he was 18.

He also bought the granddaddy of all Mercedes-Benz models with the AMG SLS. This 571-hp engine and sleek design usually comes with a price tag of $115,000 to $500,000. Bieber is a fan of customization, too, and even owns an Audi R8 with a complete custom leopard print paint job.

One of Justin Bieber’s sweet rides went to auction, and enthusiasts were drooling over the 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia as it sat on display for all bidders to see. This blue Bieber-mobile was a custom widebody, and the car alone would command big bucks if it were fresh on the car lot.

But with the Justin Bieber keepsake element, according to Hot Cars the Barret Jackson auction was excited to see how high the bidding would ultimately go. When the gavel fell, the Ferrari sold for $434,000, and Justin Bieber walked away with a few extra dollars in his pocket.

To sweeten the deal, Justin Bieber attended the auction and helped promote just how cool his for sale Ferrari really was. He announced to the crowds that he had owned this stylish Italian car for almost two years and that it was, in fact, Bieber’s first Ferrari.

He went on to say per Charity Motors: “I have to say goodbye to my baby!” But the winning bidder wouldn’t just go home with an amazing sportscar. Bieber also offered to leave a pair of his “old Calvins” in the car and additionally included an exclusive pair of tickets to one of his U.S. concerts.

It’s wisdom that he’s gained in his career that has helped him rebound from bad publicity and continue to produce chart-topping hits. His charisma may have also helped him get top dollar for his Ferrari at auction, too. And while he walked away $400,000 richer, it’s a drop in the bucket compared to his overall earning potential.
