For over a decade, Keeping Up with the Kardashians has been an exciting source of entertainment for millions of people. One of the things that makes this show so compelling is the fact that each episode is filled with a lot of drama.

There are many reality shows that get accused of being scripted. And with the amount of drama that the Kardashian’s show has, it has definitely been on the receiving end of these accusations.

Recently on the show, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian had a heated debate about what the theme for their daughters’ combined birthday party would be. While the argument in itself was not anything out of the ordinary, there were a few things that happened after the argument ended that made many fans believe that the argument was completely staged.

Here is a look at the drama that took place with Kim and Kourtney Kardashian while they were planning a birthday party.

Kourtney’s daughter, Penelope, and Kim’s daughter, North, were born around the same time of year. Because their birthdays are only about a month apart, Kim and Kourtney usually throw a joint birthday party for their daughters. Last summer, the two Kardashian sisters had decided to throw a Candy Land-themed birthday party for North, who was turning 6 years old, and Penelope, who was turning 7 years old.

The party planning seemed to be going good until Kim went over to Kourtney’s house to discuss the details of the party. Kourtney, who is most known for her healthy-eating lifestyle, had suggested that they throw a party that didn’t include sugary candy.

Kim was obviously shocked by what she was hearing and had reminded her sister that the theme of the party was Candy Land.

Kourtney was persistent, however, and insisted that there were other fun treats for kids that did not include a lot of sugar and other chemicals.

Eventually, Kim looks to be exhausted with fighting a losing battle and had yelled to her sister, “It’s Candy Land, not f***ing Gluten Free Land over here.”

The two sisters then decided to break their traction and throw each of their daughters a separate birthday party.

In the end, the two oldest Kardashian sisters ended up settling their differences and decided to go ahead with the Candy Land birthday party for Penelope and North.

Kim had shared a few pictures and videos of the party to her Instagram account, and the party was unsurprisingly over the top. There was a giant Candy Land game board laid out in the backyard and several sugary snacks throughout the entire venue.

There were two candy-filled birthday cakes, a candy chandelier, and both of the birthday girls wore colorful candy-themed outfits.

It definitely looked like Kourtney had taken a break from her no candy rule, at least for one day.

From the pictures and videos that Kim had shared, it looked as if everyone in the Kardashian/Jenner family was glad that Kourtney had changed her mind about the sweets; everyone looked like they were having a great time at the party.

Why are fans convinced hat Kim and Kourtney Kardashian’s Candy Land drama was fabricated?

According to US Weekly, Kourtney got into the Christmas spirit by throwing a gingerbread house-making party a few days before Christmas. The Keeping Up with the Kardashian star posted several different pictures of the festive event on her Instagram account.

In the photos, fans could see a large array of sugar-filled candies and other unhealthy snacks laid out on a table. Kourtney had also posted a photo of the sweet gingerbread house that she made that was adorned with white icing, chewy gumdrops, and other candies.

After some of Kourtney’s fans had seen the pictures of her party, they were convinced that the Candy Land drama was fake and that Kourtney doesn’t really hate sugary snacks as much as she had claimed on the show.

While Kourtney did have fun decorating a cookie house with Christmas candy, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the fight that she had with Kim was staged in any way. After all, Kourtney had never shown any photoraphs of her eating the gingerbread house.

As far as we know, she only used candy to do a fun holiday activity. There is a good possibility that Kourtney is still very much against consuming large amounts of sugar.
