Keeping Up With the Kardashians may be coming to an end, but it won’t be the last you’ll see of the famous family.

Shortly after the news of the end of the show, which first aired in 2007 and made global stars out of its cast, they signed a huge deal with Hulu to create fun new content, including another reality show. Details are limited, but there’s enough information out there to get an idea of what to expect. Here’s everything we know about the Kardashians’ new show — from those involved to when it might come out.

The Kardashian Hulu series will feature all of your favorites

Hulu announced in December 2020 that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner had agreed to a “multi-year deal,” under which they’ll create new global content that will “stream exclusively on Hulu in the U.S. and in multiple territories on Star internationally.”

“This is the next chapter,” Kris explained during a May Disney event (via Us Weekly). “In the new show, you’ll see us evolving as a family, fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they’ve been emotionally invested in our show just like we are. The fans will love seeing us continue the journey. I can’t say much about what’s coming but spoiler, we’re going to look fabulous and everyone’s going to watch.”

The family will also be joined by other familiar faces

Just like KUWTK, the show will feature different friends and family members of the Kardashian-Jenners. Kardashian West previously confirmed on Twitter that Scott Disick would appear on the program and an Entertainment Tonight source alleges that Kourtney’s boyfriend, Travis Barker, might show up too.

But there are clear differences between KUWTK and the new series. As Ryan Seacrest previously told People, the upcoming series might draw on topics and content the family wasn’t able to do previously.

“I think they have a lot of ideas and [will do] a lot of things that they may have not had a chance to do with ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ because it was such a strong franchise and people wanted what they saw from the family.”

“So I have a feeling they have a stack of ideas,” he continued. “My guess would be they want to evolve a little bit from the show that everybody has seen and do something differently. I’m sure it will definitely pique people’s interest, but I think it remains to be seen what exactly they will do.”

When will the Kardashians’ new show air?

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal that was published in March, Jenner said she expected filming would begin sometime over the next couple of months.

“When we first got the show, many years ago, I remember signing the deal with E! and I think we were shooting 30 days later. . . . I think this will be the same way,” she explained. “We’re dying to go do things together. We all had a really nice break. And if the world opens back up it will be a lot of fun.”

No exact release date has been announced, but Kardashian West tweeted in April that the series will drop after the series finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which airs in June 2021. We can’t wait to see it.
