Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian Reveal Which of Their Siblings Is the Most Strict When It Comes To Parenting

At first glance, it might seem like all of the Kardashian-Jenners — except Kendall Jenner — are very lax about parenting.

Since they have to juggle parenting duties on top of their careers and other obligations, it would be easy to assume that the famous siblings rarely have time to keep up with their kids, let alone discipline them.

But despite what some people might think, certain Kar-Jenners run tight ships in their homes, and sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian recently revealed who out of their siblings is the most strict when it comes to parenting.

Back in 2019, Jenner appeared on an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, where she was put in the hot seat after being asked to rank her famous siblings in order of best to worst parent.

Though she hesitated to answer the question at first, the reality star eventually revealed her answer, ranking brother Rob the best and sister Kourtney the worst when it comes to parenting.

“They actually are all amazing, they really are,” Jenner told the show’s guest host Harry Styles during a game of ‘Spills Your Guts.’ “I’d say Rob is number one, he’s so good to his daughter. Then it would be like Khloe, Kim, Kylie, Kourtney.”

As expected, Kourt was pretty hurt about her little sister’s savage burn. In fact, she’s still stewing about it and recently called Jenner out about her ranking on a new episode of Sibling Revelry With Oliver & Kate Hudson.

“Kendall recently said something that I wasn’t happy about. She went on James Corden and they said rate your siblings in order of best parent to worst parent and she…And I saw her right after at a party and she ran up to me and was like ‘Oh my God I said this thing and I said you as a last parent and ha ha like it was a joke I didn’t mean it’ and I was like….” the Poosh founder began.

However, Jenner quickly interjected by setting the record straight on why she ranked Kourtney last.

“First of all that is not what I said to you,” the supermodel said. “I went up to you, because I was like, ‘I’m going to put Rob before us and the rest’ so I’m just not even going to like… I’m just going to throw them out there and I swear to God Kourtney happened to be the last one.”

After dishing on why she placed the mother-of-three so low on the list of parents, Jenner called all of her siblings “incredible parents,” explaining that she’s seen first hand how “how amazing they are.”

But despite thinking all of her siblings are great when it comes to parenting, Jenner believes that some of her sisters are a little more lenient with their kids than others.

She explained that because she sees Kourtney’s kids — Mason, 10, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 5 — far more often than she sees her other nieces and nephews, she has a more intimate view of Kourt’s parenting.

As a result, the model’s concluded that Kardashian is way laxer with her kids than her other siblings.

“I think naturally there is definitely differences in discipline and all those things,” she added. “And not to say any of them right or wrong or bad. Like I said, I can’t really speak because I don’t have kids.”

Though they might not agree on Kourtney being the “worst” parent, the famous sisters did see eye to eye when came time to reveal who they think is the most strict parent in their family.

“It’s a tie between Kim and Khloé,” the supermodel said, leaning more toward the KKW Beauty mogul. But Kardashian said, “I think it’s Khloé.”

Even Kate Hudson agreed with the sisters, pointing out, “I would assume it would be Khloe just based on her personality.”

Kourtney ended the discussion solidifying her position that Khloé — mother of two-year-old daughter True Thompson — is the strictest parent. She also seemed to agree with Kendall’s claim that she’s is pretty laid back and easy going when it comes to disciplining her children and life in general
