Kendall Jenner is spending her days at home just like the rest of us, but she’s still looking for ways to stay fit. The Kardashian-Jenner family works hard to stay healthy, but with personal trainers off the clock, they’ll need to get creative with their own at-home workouts. While they definitely get a hard workout in their massive gyms, Jenner recently offered up a quick at-home workout that doesn’t require any fitness equipment — and only takes 11 minutes.

The Kardashian-Jenner family works out six days per week

The family’s image has always been important to them. The daughters are constantly appearing in different ad campaigns and make plenty of money from their social media accounts. With that said, they’re always trying to improve their appearances. Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian all hit the gym six days per week, and they work with the same professional trainer. Each sister spends about an hour and a half working out each day. Though it hasn’t stopped the rumors that their booties are fake, it’s clear that they have some serious muscle.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s workout routines aren’t as well known, but it’s suspected that Kylie isn’t as focused on gym time as her siblings. Kendall, though, is a supermodel, so she certainly might feel pressure to look a certain way. And now that stay-at-home orders are in place, she’s had to figure out a new way to work out.

Most follow strict eating habits, too

Several of Kris Jenner’s kids follow strict eating habits in addition to an intense workout plan. Kim revealed that she eats only plant-based foods while at home, though she does indulge a bit when she’s out. And Kourtney tries to limit the dairy and gluten intake in her family, but she says she enjoys everything in moderation. Khloé focuses on foods that fuel her body during workouts, while Kendall eats super healthy, too, and reportedly incorporates healthy proteins and starts her day with an avocado.

Kylie Jenner, on the other hand, is a bit more relaxed with her diet. Though she does try to stay healthy, she often posts photos to her Instagram story of tasty meals such as chicken tenders and pizza. And she’s been baking plenty of delicious desserts during quarantine.

Kendall Jenner shared her 11-minute at-home workout

Now that the whole world is staying home, Kendall is looking for new ways to workout. Yes, the Kardashian-Jenners’ home gyms are more glamorous than most, but Kendall actually just revealed her 11-minute at-home workout on her website and app, and it’s surprisingly simple — and doesn’t require any expensive equipment.

The workout consists of various types of planks: A 30-second forearm plank, a 30-second high plank, a 15-second side plank, a 15-second rocking plank, and a few planks that involve crunches. She then incorporates bicycle, vertical, frog, and twisted crunches for variation, and finishes with 15 leg lifts on each leg.
