Khloé Kardashian Reveals Her Weight and How She Lost 60 Pounds After True Was Born
Khloé Kardashian shared some of her weight loss and fitness tips during a Poosh YouTube live video with sister Kourtney Kardashian — and she was very open about her weight. Khloé also shared that she lost 60 pounds after having daughter True.

During a Poosh livestream chat with her sister about all things health and wellness, Khloé opened up about how much weight she’s lost since True was born. The sisters took fan questions and one person asked them about how much emphasis they put on diet versus exercise.
“After I had True I lost 50 pounds, or almost 60 pounds, but I, of course, dieted after that. If you’re trying to lose a significant amount of weight, yes, diet and exercise, they go hand-in-hand,” she explained.
Khloé continued, “Now that I’m in my weight vicinity goal — I’m around 150, if it goes up a little, when it goes into the high 140s forties, I’m I’m like, ‘Woo!,” it’s a dream -— when I’m in this world I don’t really watch what I eat.”
What does Khloé eat?
While many fans assume that Khloé is very healthy and strict with her eating, she said she finds that having a balance is the best approach.
“That doesn’t mean I sit here binge eating bags of chips all day. We have good diets, but I love quesadillas. I love anything True’s eating,” the reality star shared. “I’m not going to live a miserable life. What if, just what if. You never know if tomorrow’s happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen.”
As an example, Khloé shared how drinking a high-calorie coffeehouse item isn’t worth it when she could indulge in cake instead. “Like the Starbucks that’s like a 600-calorie drink, I’m like, why? I would rather have a great piece of cake,” she said.
“I’ll have my Snapple iced teas from time to time,” she said of her drinks of choice, adding, “But I’m a water drinker.”
Kourtney follows a similar approach to healthy eating
Perhaps more surprising was hearing that Kourtney doesn’t adhere to strict eating guidelines either, especially when it comes to treating herself when she’s on vacation. She said she would, however, watch things a bit more closely ahead of traveling so that she could truly indulge during a trip.
It’s a lifestyle for her. “I love healthy food as well. I love a great salad, I love good fruit… I think I balance it,” she shared. “We love to bake at our house, I always have chocolate chip banana bread that’s gluten-free… We eat so many great things but I think my lifestyle is to eat really healthy.”
When she has travel coming up and wants to eat more cleanly, she shared, “I think keto works for me and I definitely will do intermittent fasting,” Kourtney noted. She explained that she’ll stop eating after dinner and won’t eat for 14 to 16 hours.
“I think it’s important to have cheat days… treat yourself days,” the Poosh founder shared.
Khloé added that if your goal is weight loss, you have to be more strict with diet, but once you hit your goal and want to maintain, you can find that balance. “It’s OK to maintain and maintaining does not mean depriving yourself of the greatness of life,” she said.
