Khloé Kardashian Shares Why She’s Always Preaching Positivity on Social Media

In a recent interview, Khloé Kardashian opened up about her Instagram account and why she's always preaching positivity on her feed. Since she doesn't want to add to the negativity and hate that floats through social media, the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star does her best to spread positivity as much as possible because if she can uplift someone and make their day better, she knows she's accomplished something!

Like the rest of her family, Khloé Kardashian is often faced with negative comments and harsh critiques on social media. While they have been times she’s clapped back at naysayers, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tries not to let people’s negative energy get the best of her.

She does this by preaching positivity on her social media accounts so that she can continue putting good vibes out into the world.

Khloé Kardashian doesn’t see a ‘downside’ to spreading positivity online

Kardashian may receive hundreds of negative comments online a day, but she doesn’t let that stop her from putting positivity out into the world through her social media accounts.

In a March 2021 interview with People, the Good American founder opened up about her Instagram account and why she’s always preaching positivity on her feed.

“Just as much as I need a little boost in my day, I would assume one out of the 133 million followers I have might want to see the same thing I want to see,” she explained to the outlet.

With so much hate and negativity flooding through social media, Kardashian prefers to “highlight the positive” on her feed by sharing uplifting quotes and mantras.

“It’s something that’s so simple. To pass it on and see the number of reposts that it gets, it keeps showing me that, ‘Okay, people do need this. They do need this push,”‘ the mom of one shared. “I don’t think there’s a downside to it, so I just figure why not keep trying to have a little bit more positivity. And it gets me going through my days. I sometimes just post things because either it spoke to me, but that doesn’t mean I’m going through it. That doesn’t mean you’re in that stage in your life currently. But I still know what’s uplifting and positive and happy.”

Khloé Kardashian is less concerned about what critics have to say

Since she started sharing uplifting quotes to her Instagram, Kardashian has been inspired by her followers’ responses to the mantras she shares to continue doing so.

Now, the Revenge Body host no longer concerns herself with those who spread negativity as she’s confident in the person she is and what she posts online.

“I think you become more confident in saying ‘no.’ There are so many things I did because someone encouraged me to, or wear or, ‘Try this thing.’ You just do it because it’s either ‘a trend’ or somebody encouraging you to do so,” Kardashian said. “Now if I don’t like something, I’m very okay with saying no. Respectfully, no, it’s just not my thing or I’m not comfortable doing that. It’s confidence in what your own identity is or how you want to see yourself.”

She added, “I feel like your 20s, you’re still just experimenting. I really hate the pressure of people asking you, especially when you’re in school like, ‘What are you going to be when you grow up?’ Not everyone has to know! Let’s just slow things down.”

Khloé Kardashian has no plans to stop putting positive energy out into the world

Though negativity and hate still float through social media, Kardashian tries her best not to let that bad energy consume her.

Rather than feeding into the downside of social media, the KUWTK star is focused on uplifting others and continuing to keep her Instagram a positive space — and has no plans of stopping anytime soon.

“I think the world right now, we have too much negativity at our fingertips,” she said. “Just as much negativity, there is positivity, but we don’t highlight it as much as we do the negative.”
