Khloé Kardashian Just Told Tristan Thompson ‘I Love You’ While Thanking Him for Planning Her Birthday Celebration
To say that Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson‘s relationship has been tumultuous would be a shocking understatement. When the Good American founder and the NBA player first began dating in 2017, they seemed like a good match. Thompson was an attractive and charismatic member of the Cleveland Cavalier’s Championship team, and Kardashian was looking for love following her divorce from Lamar Odom.
The pair embarked on a whirlwind romance with Kardashian eventually getting pregnant with their daughter, True. However, as True’s birth approached, the drama began. Footage of Thompson cheating on Kardashian for months with multiple women leaked to the press. However, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians starlet seemed to determined to forgive Thompson.
Then, in 2019, things reached a breaking point when the NBA star was seen kissing KarJenner family friend, Jordyn Woods at a party. Since then, the former couple has been in a friendly co-parenting relationship, but it appears that things have changed drastically for them in recent months.

Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Thompson flew to LA to be close to True and Kardashian. It appears that the time alone has rekindled the romance between the pair.
“Tristan celebrated Father’s Day in L.A. with Khloé and True,” a source told People. “Khloé is very happy that they have been able to celebrate so many special days together this year, including Easter, True’s birthday, and Mother’s Day. She and Tristan are great. And Khloé seems extremely happy. Tristan has been on his best behavior. Khloé is definitely charmed by him. If he is able to keep things up, it’s very possible that Khloé would get back with him. She isn’t dating anyone else.”
The pair were recently spotted embracing at a small birthday gathering of a good friend.

From the moment Kardashian ended things with him, Thompson has been determined to win her back. He’s lavished her with expensive gifts, warm comments, and flirty messages on her Instagram account.
In celebration of her 36th birthday, he shared a thoughtful message. “I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person,” he wrote on Instagram. “I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you. I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday @khloekardashian.”
Though Kardashian reportedly feels flattered by Thompson she’s kept her current feelings about him under wraps, until now.

For her 36th birthday, Kardashian’s family and friends threw her a lavish birthday celebration at Kylie Jenner’s new $36.5 million home. The pink-themed party was full of balloons, ice cream, and even an inflated slide with Kardashian’s face on it.
In a thank you post following the event, Kardashian sent an appreciative note to all of the people who made it all happened. She also thanked Thompson while professing her love for him.
“Thank you to everyone who helped make my birthday party so SPECTACULARLY BEAUTIFUL!!!” she gushed. “You have no idea how much I cherish these memories!!!! I will remember this forever! The guest list was SMALL but the decor was MAJOR. I love you.” In addition to Jenner, her assistant, the party planner, and florist, Kardashian also tagged Thompson. It looks like these two might be a bit more than co-parents.
