Khloé Kardashian’s personal life was extremely rocky in 2019. Though it was her first full year as a mother to her adorable daughter, True Thompson — Kardashian was publically humiliated (again) by her daughter’s father, Tristan Thompson.

The NBA player had cheated on the reality star for much of their relationship leading to the birth of their daughter. However, the Good American founder vowed to forgive him for the sake of their family. Unfortunately that all went out of the window over Valentine’s weekend 2019 when Thompson was spotted kissing KarJenner family friend, Jordyn Woods.

Though that scandal has finally died down — and Kardashian is officially single, she was just swept into a Twitter war with her fans over her approach to environmental and animal rights issues.

Khloé Kardashian spoke to raise awareness about the Australian wildfires

Amid the devastating Australian wildfires that are ravaging the country, the Keeping Up with the Kardashian star used her social media platforms to raise awareness about the issue.

“Almost 15 million hectares burnt, 1400 homes destroyed, and 500 million animals have been killed by brushfires in Australia,” she posted on her Instagram stories. “The world needs to wake up.”

Unfortunately, fans didn’t take to kindly to Kardashian urging people to wake up, especially considering her lavish lifestyle which involves a larger than average carbon footprint. Her sister, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner also got caught up in major drama surrounding the fires. Apparently, the entire KarJenner family can’t win on this issue.

Khloé Kardashian’s fans called her a hypocrite

Since the KarJenners put so much of their lives on television and on the internet, the public sees almost every move they make. One fan reminded Kardashian of her Cruella DeVille costume that she wore for Halloween 2019. The KUWTK star was not having it.

“I am wearing a Halloween costume. It’s not real fur,” she clapped back. “But keep spreading your vile hate instead of focusing on real issues. Why must people assume and attack others so quickly? You have some clear frustrations darling and they are completely misdirected. My advice to you would be, don’t attack people in general. But if you choose to waste your energy on attacking a complete stranger, then at least know all of your information prior. Happy 2020.”

Khloé Kardashian does wear real fur

In 2012 when Kardashian renounced ties to PETA after the organization flour bombed Kim Kardashian, the mom of one released a statement saying, “I will still continue to NOT wear fur, but I will no longer support PETA. Bullying and harassment is NEVER a solution, and I won’t be a part of any organization that thinks otherwise.”

However, it appears that Kardashian’s Halloween costume was INDEED real fur. The fan replied and included a screenshot saying, “Why all the lies @khloekardashian?” “This is your stole’s designer’s post proving this is real fur!”

Kardashian has since deleted her comments and blocked the fan from accessing her account. We know that the Revenge Body host only wants positive vibes for 2020, but we also have to be accountable for our actions.
