Kim and Kourtney haven’t been seeing eye to eye

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 17 drama between Kourtney and Kim reached a fever pitch by the season’s end, after fans saw the sisters fighting about their kids’ birthday parties and Kourtney’s need for privacy. Kim even threatened to fire Kourtney from the show since she wasn’t contributing as much as Kim and Khloe.

During one episode the sisters got in a heated argument over the joint birthday party they had planned for their daughters. The Candy Land theme didn’t sit well with Kourtney, who wanted to have more healthy options.

Then there was the blow up over Kourtney not wanting to share her private life with the cameras as much anymore. Kim and Khloe complained that they had to “pick up the slack” when Kourtney didn’t want to be filmed and Kourtney explained in the season finale that she had reached her “breaking point.”

“It’s not okay that I feel like I’m at my breaking point,” she explained. “I need a break and I don’t want to film anymore. I have three kids that are my priority more than the show. What I’m saying is I’m getting to the point where I’m not happy. Everyone has their breaking point. Life is short. It’s not all about filming this show.”

Kim says Kourtney gets ‘a little violent’

During an interview for Laura Wasser’s iHeartRadio Original podcast All’s FairKim shared more about what’s to come on the reality show, noting that she “might need an attorney” because the situation between her and Kourtney gets “a little violent.”

“It gets a lot worse before it gets better,” she added. “But you know, we’re a really close family. It all works out.”

Fans will definitely be tuning in to see how things play out between the feuding sisters.

Did Kourtney quit the show?

During an interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim explained how some of that season 17 conflict would be seen in season 18.

“We’ve come to the conclusion that [Kourtney will] film a little bit,” Kim said, adding, “I don’t even know if we have a conclusion, actually. It’s always up in the air.”

She continued: “But we’re in a good place about respecting each other’s space. And if someone doesn’t want to be on the show, we obviously want them to have that mental break and live their life exactly the way that they want.”

Kendall Jenner also weighed in on the situation with Kourtney during a January interview with Ellen, explaining, “there are some pretty crazy things that happen.”

“I think Kourtney kind of has boundaries, which is totally understandable,” Jenner shared. “I’ve always kind of not let my personal life entirely on the show, so it’s just always kind of been a thing for me. But then with Kourtney, she did at one point let her personal life be on the show, so now it’s a bit more of a shift for everyone to understand.”
