Kim Kardashian West is one of the world’s most famous women. The reality star rose to fame back in 2007 when her family’s show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, first premiered. And these days, she’s done so much more than that.

Kardashian West’s busy schedule means she needs to work extra hard to stay healthy. It’s easy to fall into the pattern of quick, unhealthy meals, but Kardashian West’s personal chef ensures the family eats only plant-based meals. However, Kardashian West recently admitted that she is not actually 100% vegan — here’s what else she eats.

The Kardashians work hard to stay healthy

The Kardashian family’s image has always been important to them. And staying in great physical shape has become something that’s added to their massive brand. Khloé Kardashian works out six days per week and now has a workout clothing line (and hosts the show Revenge Body), while the other Kardashians stay focused on their health through personal trainers and hours at the gym.

Kardashian West does a 90-minute workout every morning before her young kids wake up. She often posts photos and videos to her Instagram story of her doing the stair master or wearing resistance bands to get a better workout.

Kardashian West once showed off her massive refrigerator filled with plant-based products

It’s hard to forget the scandal that was Kardashian West’s refrigerator situation. The KKW Beauty founder once posted a photo in front of her refrigerator, which appeared to only be filled with milk and water. When fans went crazy, Kardashian West gave them a tour of her real refrigerator.

Her bigger refrigerator was part of the commercial-style kitchen that’s in her home, which is where the family’s personal chef, Marina, cooks for them. Kardashian West took fans inside her massive, walk-in refrigerator, which was complete with fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based products. Kardashian West said the family only eats plant-based these days.

She still loves ice cream, Greek yogurt, and milkshakes

Kardashian West doesn’t eat meat anymore, but she’s not entirely vegan. The reality star always posts a photo from her favorite ice cream spot whenever she’s in New York City. And ice cream certainly is not vegan. She’s also been spotted indulging in vanilla milkshakes from In-N-Out Burger, and she’s still a fan of Greek yogurt, which contains dairy.

Kardashian West’s daughter, North, eats fish, though the reality star hasn’t said whether she enjoys that as well. For the most part, she sticks to a vegan diet, but even she has a cheat day every now and then.

It’s important to note that Kardashian West’s chef, Marina, only cooks plant-based meals, but Kardashian West recently confirmed that she isn’t 100% vegan.

The Skims founder posted a video to her Instagram story on March 5, where she highlighted the KFC-themed Crocs she had received from the fast food chain in honor of their new “Beyond” plant-based chicken products. She noted in the video that her family eats plant-based “at home” rather than all the time.
