Is Kim Kardashian West vegan?

Though Kardashian West does not use the label vegan for herself, she does adhere to a plant-based lifestyle the majority of the time. After being on a low-carb diet for years, the KUWTK star shifted her mindset when her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, urged her to eat, “real food only.”

Since sticking to a plant-based diet, Kardashian West has been open about the wonderful results she’s seen externally and internally. Kardashian West’s diet has also allowed her to minimize flare-ups of her psoriasis. This is an autoimmune disease that commonly results in red patches on the skin.

In addition to her plant-based diet, the KKW Beauty founder is also very regimented when it comes to exercise routines. She works out with Alcantara regularly for 90 minutes at 5:30 a.m.

Kim Kardashian West’s taco recipe instructions

To begin, heat the avocado oil in a large skillet along with the beyond meat adding in the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until the grounds are seasoned and browned. Next, add in the water, ketchup, and agave. Simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. Add in more seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

In a smaller pan add in avocado oil, add a tortilla and wait until it puffs and bubbles until flipping it over. It should take about 15 seconds for each side. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Next, assemble your tacos using the tortilla shells, taco crumbles and adding dairy-free cheddar shreds, dairy-free sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, onions, cilantro, and salsa if desired
