Kourtney Kardashian has always been the sister who cares the most about wellness — and keeping herself happy. She eats incredibly healthy and makes sure her mind is in just as good of shape as her body. But during quarantine, everyone is trying to find new ways to destress and stay active. And Kardashian just posted some super easy yoga poses to her website, Poosh.

The Kardashian family focuses a lot on working out

It’s no secret that the family does everything they can to look their best. And that means working out is a top priority. Kim Kardashian West spends about an hour and a half each day with her personal trainer and makes sure to exercise six days per week; Khloé Kardashian does the same, as does Kourtney.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner don’t seem to have quite as intense of workouts as their sisters (or maybe they don’t advertise them as much on social media), but they both certainly still work hard to stay in shape.

For Kourtney Kardashian, working out is more than just about looking good. It’s about feeling good, too, and she keeps herself healthy in more ways than just with exercise. Kardashian eats very cleanly and hardly indulges in any kind of processed foods. She also reportedly limits her dairy and gluten intake, and her kids eat the same way.

Kardashian’s lifestyle website, Poosh, contains some excerpts from the reality star on her own wellness practices. And the website also has health and wellness sections for readers to learn various workouts, mindfulness, and healthy eating habits.

Kardashian recently re-posted a Poosh yoga workout to her Instagram story

Poosh just released a new post involving yoga poses, and Kardashian reposted the content to her Instagram story, suggesting she practices the poses, too. The Poosh writers consulted Stacey Bendet Eisner, CEO and creative director of Alice + Olivia, along with yoga instructor Eddie Stern on some simple yoga poses to help “reset” the mind.

Stern goes over Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, two yoga routines that stress deep breathing and movement in a “conjunction” that works for “toning and strengthening your body.” Kardashian has always loved doing yoga, too, and it could be part of the reason why she manages to (mostly) stay calm, despite having a super hectic life and a family that’s always in each other’s business.

Poosh provides plenty of other health and wellness tips from Kardashian, too

While Kardashian has plenty of writers working for her website, she occasionally takes the time to write a post about something she’s done to help herself physically or mentally. She informed fans of how she got her body back after having kids, including breastfeeding for as long as she could and monitoring her sugar intake.

Kardashian has also discussed her morning rituals and routines on the site, including not touching her phone right away when she wakes up. Kardashian works hard to keep her health and life as balanced as possible, and she always shares those tips and tricks with her fans.
