Kourtney Kardashian’s New Instagram Story Fuels Reconciliation Rumors With Scott Disick
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick seem to be the former couple that everyone hopes will eventually get back together. In the past few weeks, Kardashian and Disick have fueled reconciliation rumors with their Instagram posts. On Nov. 4, Kardashian posted a throwback picture of her with Disick on her Instagram story, leading fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to speculate even more.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s history
Kardashian and Disick first met in 2006 at Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis’ house in Mexico. While Kardashian revealed on Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she was not interested in Disick at first, the two eventually began dating.
For years, Keeping Up With the Kardashians captured Disick and Kardashian’s tumultuous and on-again, off-again relationship. Kardashian gave birth to their first child, Mason, in 2009. In 2012, she gave birth to their second child, Penelope. Kardashian then gave birth to her third child with Disick, Reign, in 2014.
After Disick was seen partying with women in Monte Carlo in 2015, Kardashian broke up with him. The two briefly reconciled before it was reported they called it quits again in early 2017. Since then, the two have worked hard to remain friends and co-parent their three kids.
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian have been teasing fans
Earlier in 2020, Disick and his girlfriend of three years, Sofia Richie, broke up. Since then, he has vacationed with Kardashian and their children more and more. In recent weeks, Kardashian and Disick shared multiple pictures together while vacationing with family and friends.
These social media posts led fans to speculate the two could be back together, or at least in talks of reconciling their romantic relationship. Fueling speculation even more, Kardashian posted a throwback photo of her with Disick from when they were dating on her Instagram story on Nov. 4.
She simply captioned the photo “wow” with the laughing emoji and tagged Disick.
What fans think of a possible reconciliation
When it comes to Keeping Up With the Kardashians viewers, fans are split on whether they want Disick and Kardashian to get back together. On the one hand, the two have a long history and clearly care for one another.
“It would actually be kinda cool if they got back together and were able to make it work. I feel like the both of them have grown up so much since they spilt. I feel like they could make it work this time around bc they took that time apart to live their lives and grow as individuals…,” a fan speculated on Reddit.
However, fans cannot discount that the relationship was toxic at times.
“I like half ship them. I miss them together because they were hilarious together, but I know they’re so bad for each other. Unless Scott can get past all his issues, I don’t think it’ll work,” another Reddit user wrote.
As of right now, Kardashian and Disick have not confirmed anything about their relationship status, so all fans can do is speculate. Only time will tell if the Instagram posts were to tease fans or if something more is going on.
