Kris Jenner Jokes That ’98 Percent’ of New Hulu Show Is Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Making Out
Keeping Up With the Kardashians came to an end in 2021, and fans are now looking forward to the Kardashian-Jenners’ new show on Hulu.
The family has been teasing Hulu’s The Kardashians for a while now, and Kris Jenner even recently joked that viewers can expect there to be a lot of lovey-dovey scenes from her oldest daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, and her beau, Travis Barker.
‘The Kardashians’ will premiere on Hulu on April 14
Fans can look forward to The Kardashians premiering on Hulu on April 14. The show will be another reality series that dives into the private lives of the Kardashian-Jenners. It is similar to E!’s KUWTK, though there are some differences.
According to Variety, The Kardashians takes on a more “documentary style” than KUWTK with “scene openers shot overhead with drones.”
Compared to E!, Hulu will allow the time between filming and airing to be shorter, so fans can see the family respond to real-life events much faster. Kim Kardashian explained, “We wanted it to be as current as possible. We hated how long we had to wait. That was like the death of us, because once we got over something, we had to rehash it all over again.”
Additionally, Khloé Kardashian also shared that working with a streaming giant such as Hulu feels “on brand” for them.
“We wanted to be with someone that’s tech forward, so we’re with the times,” Khloé said. “For us to be still on cable was just not so on brand for us.”

Matriarch Kris Jenner recently appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she talked about filming the new series. According to Jenner, “a million things” happened during the course of filming that fans can look forward to seeing.
“Kylie’s having a baby, Kourtney is dating Travis Barker and gets engaged, Kim gets SNL,” Jenner teased. “I mean, every single day there was either drama or something crazy going on or somebody having a baby or somebody getting divorced.”
DeGeneres commented that she spent time with the Kardashian-Jenners during the holiday season, which is like “being in an episode of The Kardashians.”
“Even at your house for Christmas, Travis and Kourtney for real just make out nonstop,” DeGeneres said. “That’s all they do.”
Jenner joked, “Well, it is 98 percent of the new show. Is that wrong?”
According to DeGeneres, the lovebirds were even engaging in PDA when a huge piece of news was announced. The talk show host told Jenner, “You had to interrupt them to tell them that Kim was on SNL.”
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker just got married
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker recently got even more reasons to show their love for each other.
On the morning of April 4, after attending the 2022 Grammy Awards, the pair got married at a wedding chapel in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, Kardashian and Barker will have “several” more events in the future to celebrate their marriage.
A trailer for The Kardashians also shows Kardashian announcing her and Barker’s plan to try for a baby together.
