What happened with Kourtney Kardashian?

Fans of KUWTK watched last season as tensions were high surrounding Kourtney’s concerns over continuing to put her personal life on display for the cameras. She and her sisters, Kim and Khloe, clashed over Kourtney’s need for boundaries, mostly because that meant her sisters had to pick up the slack.

Jenner discussed with DeGeneres that Kourtney had reached a “breaking point” with the series but confirmed that she is back at work again. “She’s filming again,” Jenner explained, adding, “I think she just needed a little bit of a break.”

She continued, “You know how we all hit a tipping point? And she hit a wall and she was frustrated. And she felt underappreciated, and that her sisters didn’t understand her boundaries. So I think after taking a little bit of time off, she’s seen the light.”

Kourtney and Kim got in a huge fight

Fans got a look at how things got explosive between Kourtney and Kim in the KUWTK promo. After the season 17 drama and Kourtney admitting she had reached her “breaking point,” there was still more drama that had to play out. Kim had shared in an interview that their relationship gets worse before it gets better between them.

In the clip, Kourtney yells at Kim, “You have nothing to say” and Kim warns her, “Don’t ever come at me like that,” before lunging towards her.

Of course, DeGeneres had to ask about that dramatic moment and Jenner admitted she didn’t witness the fight in person as it unfolded, but finds it “really sad.”

“Actually, I wasn’t there when they had that argument, and I have not seen them really fight like that since they were in high school,” Jenner shared. “Or there was one time I think it was way back when — did anybody see — when Kim beat one of the kids over the head with her purse because her rims on her car weren’t right? It was so silly. It took me back to that, but it made me really sad.”

“I was like, ‘You guys can’t be fighting with each other, that’s ridiculous,’” she added.

Who is Jenner’s favorite daughter?

DeGeneres had a bit of fun with Jenner, asking her a round of fill in the blank questions, beginning with “My favorite daughter is…”

Jenner gets asked this often but found a diplomatic approach, asking, “of the day?” Today, her favorite is Khloe. When asked who never picks up when she calls, she said that’s usually Kylie.

The momager was also asked who she thought would have her next grandchild and she wasn’t so sure, answering, “Kourtney, or maybe Kylie. Maybe Kendall!”
