Kids say the darndest things, which is why they probably shouldn’t be allowed to host Instagram Lives. However, children have a way of doing whatever they want. Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason Disick recently went live on Instagram and spilled a few Kardashian secrets, including whether his aunt Kylie Jenner was back with rapper Travis Scott.

When Kardashian found out what her son was doing, she deleted his Instagram. Now, she has opened up about why she did it.

Mason goes rogue

Earlier this week, the oldest Disick child decided to go on a Livestream on Instagram. When a fan asked him if Jenner and Scott were back together, he didn’t hesitate to answer.

“No, Kylie and Travis are not back together,” Disick said.

This information was especially interesting as the couple has been spending lots of time together after their initial breakup. Just weeks ago, sources were reporting that the two were back together.

“The couple has always had love and respect for one another but took a break last year because they both had so much going on,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “They couldn’t fully focus on what it took to make the relationship work. Kylie exploded in the makeup world and was busy making a billion-dollar business and Travis was on tour and working on music.”

“Although things haven’t slowed down much for the duo, they’re better able to handle it, at the end of the day, the couple is happy to have their family back together.”

Apparently, they had been working on things for a while as another source told the outlet a month prior that Jenner and Scott were still in love.

“Kylie and Travis truly enjoy one another and are in love, but it can often be hard navigating their lives at such a young age,” the source said. “The couple needed to take a step back to reevaluate many things, but in doing so they are better now than ever.”

Why did Kourtney Kardashian delete Mason’s Instagram?

When the Instagram account was first deleted, no one knew who did it but many suspected that it was Kardashian.

On Mar. 25 in a Q&A session with Sarah Howard on Instagram Live, Kardashian revealed that she was the one who deleted the account.

“I see a lot of comments about Mason’s Instagram being deleted,” she said.

“He didn’t ask us,” she continued.

Kardashian has gone to great lengths to keep her children off of social media. Disick does not have a smartphone, but he does have an iPad and a computer that he uses for school.

“I did delete it because Scott and I just felt like he isn’t [old enough],” she continued. “He’s 10. I think there’s an age limit with Instagram, I think it’s 13.”

The main reason that Kardashian doesn’t want her child on social media is that she has seen firsthand how mean people can be.

“I think the thing that really worries me with kids is, people can be so mean.”

Originally, Kardashian just tried to make the account private, but Disick’s mischieviousness caused it to be deleted.

“I made it private and then [Mason] turned it back to public without me knowing… so I just [deleted it],” she said. “It’s gone, it’s deleted.”
