The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has not stopped Kylie Jenner from spending her coins. In the early weeks of California’s Stay-At-Home order, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul urged her fans and followers to adhere to quarantining and social distancing rules. She also showcased some of the special bonding moments she was having at home with her young daughter, Stormi Webster.

However, as the weeks rolled on, it appears that Jenner has grown restless. She was first seen in Palm Springs, with her mother Kris Jenner for the Easter holiday. Shortly thereafter, she was spotted visiting her best friend, Stassie Karanikolaou.

Jenner has also been using this time to spend some of her massive wealth. Shortly after purchasing a resort-style $36.5 million mansion, she has just purchased a vacant lot for $15 million in cash.

Kylie Jenner as been doing a ton of random things in quarantine

From playing tennis with a Chanel tennis racket and fully decked out Chanel sports attire, to baking cookies with Stormi, it’s clear that Jenner is well outside of her normal routine.  “Quarantine has me doing a lot of Sh*t I wouldn’t normally do,” she revealed on Instagram.

Jenner has even found the time to start a garden since production of Kylie Cosmetics is currently on pause. It appears, that amid her boredom, Jenner has been snapping up very expensive real estate.

When you have a billion dollars at your disposal, dropping several million on a seven bedrooms and 14-bathroom resort-style home equipped with an outdoor projection screen, indoor home theater, bars, a game room, a gym, and a sports court won’t have you bating an eye.

Just last week, Jenner closed on her new Holmby Hills home after talking the owner down from the original asking price of $55 million.

“This Holmby Hills estate is a great investment,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “Nobody knows whether or not she’ll stay there permanently, but just the fact that she’s living there is already increasing the property’s value. This home makes sense for now because not only is it magnificent and obviously a fantastic place to quarantine with her and Stormi. But once this is all over and things go back to normal, she’ll be in the heart of LA, which is where she loves to spend time with friends and enjoys going out.”

It looks like Jenner wasn’t done purchasing property.

Kylie Jenner just brought a vacant lot for $15 million

In the same neighborhood as her new 19,250 square foot home, Jenner has just paid for a “spectacular 5-acre lot” for the cool price of $15 million. Though Jenner already has her new home, it looks like she’s ready and willing to build yet another structure on her new piece of land.

According to Variety, the purchase comes with approved plans to build a massive 18,000 sq. ft. mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for full-time security detail, sports court, and a pool. The lot was previously owned by Miley Cyrus who sold the property that she had on the lot for only $5 million.

Considering the fact that Jenner just purchased a new home, we think she might be building her new Kylie Cosmetics headquarters on the property. After all, Hidden Hills is about an hour away from midtown LA and Jenner has said that she loves being close to home.
