Kylie Jenner’s life seems pretty flawless. From her Instagram photos showing off everything her extensive handbag collection to her multiple luxury cars, to her life as a mom, running after her baby daughter, Stormi — Jenner seems as carefree as they come.
However, it takes a great deal of work to run Jenner’s life. Not only is the Kylie Beauty mogul juggling life as a businesswoman, but she also has the daily tasks of motherhood, showing up for her family and friends, and checking in with her millions upon millions of fans.
From her home to her business — the billionaire certainly can’t run her entire household and lifestyle on her own. Therefore having a trusted and professional staff is vital. However, Jenner just lost her right-hand woman.

Kylie Jenner’s personal assistant, Victoria Villarroel, had been by her side since 2015. In fact, she got her start working at Jenner Communications for Kris Jenner from 2012 to 2014 before her promotion.
“Victoria wants to be an influencer in her own right and is focusing on that now,” a source told US Weekly. “Kylie and Victoria are still friends and close. Kylie doesn’t have any bad feelings about Victoria going off to do her own thing and is supportive.”

Obviously, being Jenner’s assistant is a ton of work. It involves the mundane things like keeping her extensive schedule, going on coffee runs, and making sure the mogul’s life runs smoothly.
However, there are certainly perks as well. Villarroel has been able to party with Jenner, attend A-list events, travel on lush vacation, and obviously snag a ton of Kylie Beauty products and other fun things. The influencer once described working for Stormi’s mom as, “work, but it’s fun.”
Clearly Villarroel is extremely trustworthy. She was probably one of the only people who knew about Jenner’s pregnancy with Stormi, and she never told a soul. There may have also been an NDA involved as well.

Being in Jenner’s personal circle and becoming her friend helped to elevate Villarroel’s profile. She’s amassed nearly 1 million followers on Instagram alone which has provided her with opportunities to make money that she didn’t have before.
Villarroel is now able to make upwards of $10,000 per post — and though we’re sure Jenner paid her well, this is easy money. It’s also given the opportunity for the former assistant to remain in Jenner’s inner-circle without that awkward employer, employee relationship.
One of the things that the Kylie Beauty mogul values in her life most right now is her friendships. “Kylie keeps those in her intimate circle very close,” an insider to US Weekly. “Kylie’s friends support her by being faithful and trustworthy. Her family and closest friends have definitely been there to support her though everything and her great family life and booming business is amazing right now.”
It’s nice to know that Jenner has no issue with her friends branching off and doing their own thing.
