Afterward, she appeared in two episodes of the television series Entourage. London’s other acting credits include appearances in 90210; I Love You, Beth Cooper; The Game; Baggage Claim; and The Perfect Match.

Lauren London and Nipsey Hussle’s relationship was cut short

London dated the late rapper Nipsey Hussle from 2013 until his death on March 31, 2019. They started a relationship after the two connected through social media. Sadly, Nipsey Hussle and Lauren London’s love story was cut short after the rapper was shot outside his Los Angeles clothing store, Marathon Clothing. Although Nipsey Hussle had a gang history he later became a community organizer, launching Destination Crenshaw arts project, reports Deadline.

London took to Instagram to share her grief. She told fans she was “lost” after the death of Nipsey Hussle, with whom she shared a son named Kross. London wrote: “I am completely lost. I’ve lost my best friend. My sanctuary. My protector. My soul… I’m lost without you. We are lost without you babe. I have no words.”

In February 2019, shortly before Nipsey Hussle’s death, the pair was featured in GQ. Lauren spoke about how she admired Nipsey Hussle’s work. “He’s gotten more of a platform to be really clear about his message, because before he was just making rap gang-bang music. But I think he has a purpose in all the raps, and that’s coming to light,” she told GQ. Nipsey Hussle admired London’s choice to put family ahead of work when she got pregnant with their son. Instead of accepting a television role, she decided to reject the offer and focus on her family. “Lauren was handpicked by John Singleton to do Snowfall. She read, got the part, shot the pilot… did stunts… this was her dream role,” he said. “And then she got pregnant with our son. That was a really hard decision for her to make.”

London and Nipsey Hussle also appeared in a video that accompanied the GQ article. The rapper answered questions to show how well he knew London.
