LeBron James is a legendary basketball star that is famous all around the world. It is not surprising, then, that James has been regarded by many as one of the best basketball players of all time.
While James is no doubt the most famous member of his family, that could all change very soon. His young daughter recently made an unexpected decision that might put her on track to becoming the next superstar in the James family.
LeBron James’ daughter is 5-year-old Zhuri
James has been married to his wife, Savannah, since 2013. The couple has two sons: Bronny (b. 2004) and Bryce (b. 2007). They also have a daughter named Zhuri (b. 2014).
Zhuri is only five years old, but she has already become a social media star. She often appears on her parents’ Instagram accounts, where their followers like to gush about her cute outfits and bubbly personality.

Fans of Zhuri are about to get even more of her because James’ youngest child will now have her own YouTube channel.
James himself recently shared with the world that Zhuri just debuted a channel called “All Things Zhuri.” The basketball star shared the introduction video for the channel on his Twitter account and also wrote: “She needs no introduction to the world but I’m excited for you all to meet my Princess Zhuri Nova through her eyes.”
In the video, Zhuri tells the world a little bit about her family and herself. She says that her parents “are so cool” before explaining that she herself is a preschooler that has “a lot going on.”
Then, we also see clips of Zhuri doing various activities like cooking, playing with her dog, and working on craft projects. The channel has over 32,000 subscribers so far and is expected to release a lot of exclusive content in 2020.
Fans think that Zhuri James has a lot of potential for success
Zhuri’s YouTube career has barely started, but fans of the James family are already excited to see what she has to offer. One person wrote on YouTube: “I’m so excited for this. Been saying if LeBron James’ family had a reality TV show I’d be tuned in. This is better.”
Many people also believe that this channel is a good way for Zhuri to get her name out there so that she can have more success in the future.
“This RIGHT HERE…is how you put your children in position to be successful EARLY,” a fan said on YouTube. “LeBron not only one of the GOATs on the court, he’s also one of the GOATs off the court.”
Meanwhile, another person said on Twitter: “Zhuri James really about to be the biggest YouTube Star of 2020… she not playing fair at all.”
Making videos for kids on YouTube can be a very lucrative career
When we look at how much money some children’s YouTube channels have earned, it is not surprising that the James family is joining in on the trend as well.
In 2019 alone, two of the biggest moneymakers on the platform were 8-year-old Ryan Kaji and 5-year-old Anastasia Radzinskaya. They both have family-friendly channels that post videos about toys, games, and educational content for kids. Kaji was named the highest-paid star on YouTube in 2019 with $26 million earned. Meanwhile, Radzinskaya was the third highest at $18 million earned.
It is still too soon to tell whether Zhuri can really rival Kaji and Radzinskaya for the top spot or not. But, so far, she definitely has a lot of dedicated fans. Perhaps it is possible that Zhuri will one day be on YouTube’s highest earners list.
