Lindsay Lohan was often known for her controversial behavior. One such celebrity who experienced Lohan’s behavior firsthand was James Franco. After a brief intimate encounter with the actor, Franco claimed that the Mean Girls alum wouldn’t let him go. As a result, she stalked him.

A while back, the Freaky Friday star put out a controversial list of all the celebrities she slept with. According to Complex, the list was published by In Touch magazine and featured a roster of A-listers. Those stars ranged from celebrities like Ashton Kutcher to Ryan Phillipe. However, when this was brought to Spider-Man star James Franco’s attention, the actor denied the claims. Still, Franco admitted that some intimacy did happen between the two of them in an interview on Howard Stern.

“Alright, we maybe kissed,” Franco said according to ABC News.

But he later asserted that the kiss wasn’t anything special before disparaging Lohan.

“She’s so delusional,” Franco said. “I bet you if we brought her in here and you asked to her face ‘Did you have sex with James?’ She would say yes.”

Franco claimed the kiss later led to an incident where Lohan snuck into the star’s home and allegedly stalked him.

“I’d come home late to the hotel and she’d come find me,” he said. “She even broke into my room one time … I opened my eyes and there’s Lindsay in my room at 3 a.m.”

ABC News reported Stern theorized the list was really about people who she was in love with. Franco entertained the theory.

“Maybe that’s why I’m on the list of her obsessions,” Franco said.

James Franco wrote a short story further denying Lindsay Lohan’s claims

James Franco also wrote a short story that was published in Vice. The narrative features a character by the name of Lindsay, who shared many similarities with the actual Lindsay Lohan.

“Once upon a time a guy, a Hollywood guy, read some Salinger to a young woman who hadn’t read him before. Let’s call this girl Lindsay,” Franco wrote. “She was a Hollywood girl, but a damaged one. I knew that she would like Salinger because most young women do.”

Eventually, it got to the point where the Lindsay character would be sleeping in the narrator’s bed. But no sexual intimacy followed afterward, with Franco asserting that nothing took place between the two.

“Now we were lying in bed. I wasn’t going to f*** her. She had her head on my shoulder. She started to talk. I let her,” Franco also penned.

Lindsay Lohan didn’t get upset with The Disaster Artist star’s statements. Instead, she gave a level-headed reaction regarding both the denial and the latter.

“I don’t think about it,” Lohan confided to Daily Mail. “When people say things about other people I don’t think it’s necessary, I’ve never talked about anyone else and I never will.”

Lohan then brought up up the emergence of social media and how that tied into her spat with Franco.

“When I started working we didn’t have Twitter, we didn’t have any of this s***,” Lohan continued. “It’s a different world now. We didn’t have Instagram, we didn’t have camera phones for god’s sake, it’s really different now…If someone wants to do that for their own reasons there’s nothing to say, I’m not in their head. I would never do that.”
