Love & Hip Hop stars are known for making headlines even when the season has wrapped. Many people on social media are buzzing about Karlie Redd after a photo was posted of the television personality with several of her co-stars.

The longtime ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast member had a bumpy season

Redd is a main cast member on Love & Hip Hop. As one of the show’s its original stars, she has been on the series since its very first season.

A notable commonality throughout Redd’s time on the show has been her relationships and love life. Her romantic relationships have included Benzino, Yung Joc, Scrapp DeLeon, Lyfe Jennings and Sean Garrett. She has also been in a few feuds with cast members, with the most notable of these being her beef with K. Michelle.

Over the years, viewers have also been obsessed with figuring out Redd’s age. It has been a major source of comic relief on the show, so much so that VH1 made a video a few years ago of Redd’s Love & Hip Hop co-stars guessing her age. In an interview from 2019, she claimed to be 45.

One of the primary storylines on the most recent season was Redd’s feud with her friend, Sierra Gates. This included her getting ambushed by Gates and some of her associates when she arrived at a party early in the season. She also entered the season grieving (literally) the loss of her relationship with former fiancé, Arkansas Mo.

Another cast member posted a photo on social media

Recently on social media, a photo surfaced of several cast members seemingly gathered during quarantine. Gates, Redd, Shekinah Jo Anderson, Mimi Faust, Rasheeda, and Spice are pictured in the photo.

The photo was first posted on Instagram by Gates. It gained further traction when the popular Instagram blog, The Neighborhood Talk, published the picture on both Twitter and Instagram. In both instances, fans began to comment, suggesting that they think something may be wrong with Redd.

“Karlie looks sick,” commented one fan. Someone else said, “What’s wrong with Karlie? Allergic reaction?” Another fan tweeted, “I refuse to believe that is Karlie Redd. I can’t. I won’t.”

Redd has yet to post about any of the comments on her own personal social media. Gates turned off all her comments on the post. It is unknown if she disabled comments due to reactions to Redd or not.

The ninth season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is currently streaming via VH1 on-demand.
