‘Love is Blind’: How to Find The Application for Season 2
Today, the reunion of Love is Blind aired which means that the season is officially over. Though the show came out of nowhere, it swept the nation and had people questioning if love really could be blind. This season was a wild ride of emotion.
If you’re sad that season one is now over, don’t fret, season two is already casting.
What happened on ‘Love is Blind’?

Love is Blind took a number of singles living in Atlanta and separated them by gender. The men and women then went on a round of speed dates where they could only talk to each other through a wall. Eight couples ended up getting engaged without ever seeing one another, but the show only showed six engagements.
Carlton Morton and Diamond Jack’s relationship didn’t make it past the couples’ trip to Mexico. The two broke up after an explosive argument that started after Morton revealed that he was bisexual.
Giannina Gibelli and Damian Powers had a relationship that involved a lot of high highs and extremely low lows. On their wedding day, Powers decided that he couldn’t go through with the marriage. But at the reunion, they revealed that they had since reconciled and are dating again.
Jessica Batten was never fully committed to Mark Cuevas. In fact, she spent most of the experiment being hung up on fellow participant Matt Barnett. In the end, she decided that she could not marry Cuevas and received a lot of backlash from fans about her behavior.
Kelly Chase and Kenny Barnes spent most of the season seeming to be quite in love with one another. Unfortunately, Chase saw Barnes as more of a friend than a romantic partner and turned him down at the altar.
Amber Pike and Barnett were a wild card couple. They seemed pretty in love, but Barnett was afraid of commitment. On their wedding day, he initially got cold feet but was eventually able to make it down the aisle and say “I do.”
Cameron Hamilton and Lauren Speed didn’t have many bumps in their relationship. Speed’s biggest concern was how her family would accept her being in an interracial couple. Now, they are happily married.
‘Love is Blind’ application
If you want to find a love story of your own, you can apply to be featured on season two of the show.
But you must be willing to potentially get married within 30 days of the experiment starting.

What is the casting team looking for?
The number one thing that the casting team is looking for is a genuine interest in finding love.
“We have a lot of experience in doing these kinds of shows. We have a great casting department and they reached out to people who they felt would be genuinely interested in this kind of commitment,” show creator Chris Coelen told Entertainment Weekly. “I think that’s really key; we want people who aren’t just doing it for the attention. There’s certainly plenty of places for people who want to do stuff for the attention. We wanted to be really dealing with people who were genuinely interested in it.”
