Who made it to the final?

There are four couples that have made it to the final after America voted and dumped off the island Kyra Green and Jered Youngblood. The public knew this couple had no future when Green admitted she still had feelings for former islander Cashel Barnett who left in the previous dumping.

Alexandra Stewart and Dylan Curry are one of the more stable couples in the villa having connected during the first week of the show. Stewart was originally partnered with Michael, but on Day 5 recoupled with Curry and have been together since growing their bond with each day. Stewart is a 25-year-old publicist from Los Angeles, California.

Another finalist couple is Elizabeth Weber and Zac Mirabelli. This young couple has been together since Day 1, which is a great feat being that there have been bombshells coming in and out of the villa. It shows that they are committed to one another and real with taking the next step. They were also the first couple were officially boyfriend-girlfriend. The 24-year-old Advertising Executive from New York has been loyal to her 22-year-old boyfriend who is a grocery store cashier in his hometown of Chicago.

Caro Viehweg also made it to the final with Raymond Gantt after struggling with making a connection with a fellow islander. Viehweg was partners with Cashel on Day 1 but things weren’t quite right between them even though they got off to a quick promising start. On Day 5 the Brazilian and German girl coupled up with Cormac and once again the chemistry was not there. It was until Day 15 when the 21-year-old student from Los Angeles found her right match with Gantt and have been together since.

Finally Emily Salch and Weston Richey are the last of the four couples that have a shot at winning the cash prize. The 25-year-old photographer from Dallas, Texas went into the villa since Day 1, but it wasn’t until Day 20 he finally found someone that made him want a serious relationship. Salch is a student and part-time bartender from Groton, New York who also explored her bisexual side with fellow islander Kyra.

When is the ‘Love Island’ CBS final?

After 22 episodes it is the American public that will vote for their favorite couple to win the first season of the show. After the episode on Tuesday night, viewers will have to log in to the Love Island app to vote for who they want to crown as winners. Based on those votes, the winning couple will take home $100,000 dollars.

Since this is the first season of the show in the U.S., we don’t know how exactly the finale will play out but in the U.K. version theirs a twist in the end. When the announcer confirms who the winning couple is, they are handed an envelope that contains their winnings; one has a value of $0 and the other will have the value of $100,000. The person that pulls the envelope with the winning prize then decides if they want to take home all of the money or split it with their partner as a test if they were in the show to find true love or just for the money.

The Love Island finale airs on Wednesday, August 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
