Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly seem to have an otherworldly connection. As evidence of that, Fox recently made comments about what their first encounter was like – years before their official introduction. Why does she think their souls were “luring” them away from each other by disguising their faces at that point?  And what ignited their romance once they met again as co-stars?

When did Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly become a thing?

Recently, Fox detailed how she met Kelly – and then re-met him on the set of “Midnight in the Switchgrass” in March of 2020. She’s said before that he is her “twin flame” and called their relationship “karmic,” crediting spirits and energies with doing a lot of the work for them.

Apparently, Fox knew immediately that Kelly was special to her when they worked together, but she recently told GQ that she recalled meeting Kelly before 2020 at a party. However, she said she couldn’t see his face that night. According to her, it was the work of their “spirit guides” keeping them apart for a little bit longer.

According to Fox, she “literally” couldn’t see Kelly’s face the night she met him for the first time. “We weren’t supposed to run into each other that night,” she said before adding their “spirit guides” were working to keep them apart by disguising them to each other.

“It is hard to see his face in general, but really he had no face that night,” she elaborated. Given she was apparently still married to Brian Austin Green at that point, she added, “It was better that I didn’t know.”

For his part, Kelly agreed that he couldn’t see Fox’s face that first night, either – even though he once said he hung a poster of her on his wall as a teenager.

Fox said their chemistry was obvious from the start of working on the film together but added they didn’t “hook up” right away. Instead, they supposedly had a traditional courtship involving text messages and phone calls before a first date.

But after they became co-stars in their film, Fox said she reminded Kelly of their first encounter. He then sent her a text message that read “I am weed” — a reference to what he said during that encounter — sometime in the initiation phase of the relationship.

Fox found it charming. “How every fairy tale begins,” she noted. The relationship took off from there but isn’t all “euphoric highs,” Fox said. “It’s ecstasy and agony, for sure.”

She elaborated further by adding, “I don’t want people to think anything’s perfect with us. I didn’t say it was the darkest fairy tale for no reason.”

Perfect or not, fans can’t get enough of them – and GQ just named them Hollywood’s hottest power couple. So, their spirit guides disguised their faces to each other temporarily, and now their faces are leaving a mark on pop culture together.
