From her term, “Hot Girl Summer” to her iconic single with Beyoncé, “Savage Remix,” Megan Thee Stallion is absolutely dominating in the music industry right now. The Suga rapper burst onto the scene as a college student who could out rap anyone around her.

Fans have been drawn to Megan because of her down to earth personality, her body positivity, and the fact that she is never in any drama, especially as it pertains to other women in the industry. Along with Beyoncé, she’s also worked with Nicki Minaj.

Now, Megan has just teamed up with another mega-force, Rihanna. However, this time, the songstress and rapper are focused on something other than music.

Megan Thee Stallion hates that women think they need to be perfect

We live in an era where perfect bodies are taunted as the only thing that’s acceptable. The “Cash Sh*t” rapper has been open about unrealistic expectations and why trying to be perfect is something that will never work for her.

“I don’t know when it became the trend to be so motherf*****g perfect, but I hate it,” the rapper explained to Marie Claire. “I know that I’m a mess sometimes, and it’s okay to be a mess. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to scream. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to go through a thousand different emotions.”

Like her Cardi B, Megan has been vocal about her feelings and emotions. She’s also not afraid to stand up for herself. Currently, she’s filed a lawsuit against her record label, 1501 Entertainment in an effort to renegotiate her contract.

Megan Thee Stallion has always wanted to work with Rihanna

The Houston-born rapper has been open about always wanting to work with Rihanna. “I don’t need anyone else to collab with,” she told Dazed. “I already collab-ed with Nicki and I’ve collab-ed with Beyoncé, my life is made – bye, thank you. Thank you, everybody! [But] Rihanna is that girl, and I always wear Fenty, so… Oh my god, that would blow my mind! If I could collab with Rihanna, I would honestly be super happy.”

It looks like Megan’s dreams just came true, but probably not in the way that she expected.
