Since their big day is only days away, details about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding have been slowly unveiled. The royal couple will tie the knot on May 19, 2018, at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. The ceremony will be officiated by the Dean of Windsor, the Right Reverend David Conner, and the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.

We also know that the couple will have a private reception for friends and family hosted by Prince Harry’s father, Prince Charles. The reception will be held the eve of their wedding at St. George’s Hall. There were even interesting rumors about the cake.

However, what many of us are most excited about is the wedding wardrobe. Here is every detail we know about Markle’s royal wedding dress.

The perfect designer

Fittings were already well underway for Markle’s perfect gown when reports began to surface. Reporter Omid Mio Scobie tweeted in mid-January, “Sources tell me that Meghan Markle has officially picked a wedding dress designer and had her first fitting at Kensington Palace last week.”

Though we know Markle’s favorite wedding dress designers are Delphine Manivet, Christos Costarellos, Ellie Saab and J. Mendel, the former actress is keeping her top pick close to her sleeve. However, we can expect that one of those designers will be dressing Markle on her epic day.

Scobie also said, “Right now only a small, select group of people know the designer’s name, so don’t expect to find out anytime soon. Even Harry made himself scarce during the first fitting!”
