Meghan Markle Is Reportedly Craving 1 Thing She Used to Rave About on ‘The Tig’ While Pregnant With Baby No 2

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex is expecting baby number two, and this pregnancy has been quite different than her first. Insiders say she is “feeling much better this time around.” She’s also been craving one thing that she used to rave about on her blog The Tig.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced baby number two in February

Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, announced they were expecting baby number two on Valentine’s Day. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared the news with a sweet black-and-white photo and a statement from their rep.

“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother,” a spokesperson for the couple told Us in a statement at the time. “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”

n May 2019, Harry and Meghan welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

“It’s a girl,” Harry said. “Just to have a boy and a girl, what more can we ask for? We’ve got our family. We’ve got, you know, the four of us and our two dogs, and it’s great.”

Meghan Markle is being ‘intentional’ about her health

According to Us Weekly, during Meghan’s second pregnancy, she’s being intentional about maintaining her health.

Both mentally and physically. An insider revealed that the Duchess of Sussex “does yoga every day.” Sometimes, even twice a day.

“It’s what keeps her healthy both physically and mentally during the pregnancy,” the source dished. “This pregnancy has been a little easier than the last in terms of less morning sickness. Meghan is feeling much better this time around.”

The former actress is craving one thing she used to rave about on her blog

The insider also revealed that Meghan is a “big fruit eater” and she “eats all organic only.” She’s doing her best to avoid gluten and is “eating super clean.” However, she did have one craving that she used to rave about on her blog The Tig — pasta.

Before she married into the royal family, Meghan starred on the USA legal drama Suits. She also had her own blog where she shared her love of cooking, wine, and travel. She once wrote on the now-defunct site that she makes a “filthy, sexy” zucchini pasta sauce.

“The sauce gets so creamy, you’d swear there’s tons of butter and oil in it, but it’s just zucchini, water, and a little bouillon,” Meghan said.

How to make Meghan Markle’s ‘filthy, sexy’ pasta sauce

On her blog, Meghan said that you’ll need just a handful of ingredients to make her “filthy, sexy” pasta sauce. The ingredient list is: one tablespoon of olive oil, five medium zucchini, chopped, a half-cup of water, one bouillon cube, three-quarters of a pound of pasta noodles, one cup grated Parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in zucchini, water, and a bouillon cube.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for four hours. Stir often until the zucchini is falling apart to give it a mushy texture.

When the sauce is almost ready, bring a large pot of boiling salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions, then drain. Season sauce with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan.
