The Professor takes drastic measures to conceal evidence in ‘Money Heist: Korea’

In Money Heist: Korea Episode 6 finale, fans finally learn more about the Professor and his tie to a grander story. The episode begins with a flashback of the Professor teaching at a university about the economic influx from uniting North and South Korea. He explains his theory of the two countries uniting under one common goal.

But his lecture is being heard by National Assembly Member Kim Sang-man. Kim says the Professor’s theory can become a reality and proposes they work together to help unify the countries. The Professor accepts. Back in the present time, the Professor is in a car chase with the police. The car he is driving was used by the team and is evidence.

He manages to drive into a river and escape the police. Back at the negotiators’ base, Seon Woo-jin ( Kim Yun-jin) learns one of Captain Cha Moo-hyuk’s (Kim Sung-oh) agents were killed after infiltrating the heist. The public is in an uproar, unknowing the status of the hostages.

Meanwhile, the team evaluates their plan, and Tokyo (Jeon Jong-seo) puts Berlin (Park Hae-soo) back in charge. The Professor ropes in the team on his call with Woo-jin. He allows her to enter the Mint alone to see if the hostages are safe. The gunshots alerted the public, and the Professor sees it as a way to make the team look good to the people.

Berlin throws a curveball that leaves Woo-jin stunned in the K-drama

The stage is set for Woo-jin to enter the Mint with a camera operator in the finale of Money Heist: Korea. Unknown to the team, Woo-jin has a trick up her sleeve, and so does one of the hostages. The U.S. Ambassador’s daughter comes up with the plan to write a note on one of the printed bills to sneak to Woo-jin.

As Tokyo and Berlin allow each hostage to show they are OK, the ambassador’s daughter tries to execute her plan. But Tokyo catches on and stops her.

To change the narrative, Woo-jin has Berlin agree to see all the hostages simultaneously. She ticks off each name on her list and begins her trick. She says a guard is missing from the group, but Berlin says such a person never existed. In reality, Woo-jin and Moo-hyuk added the name of the dead agent to the list.

Woo-jin has the public believe the thieves killed him and broke their promise not to harm anyone. Berlin shows his hand and brings in another hostage, revealed to be the supposed dead agent. In a speech, Berlin appeals to the public about the police finding loopholes to storm the Mint and use the hostages as shields.

The heist takes a turn for the better in the finale of ‘Money Heist: Korea’

After the team foil Woo-jin’s plan, they can continue with their schedule. While they relish their win, Moscow (Lee Won-jong) enters with a hand full of dirt. They have managed to get through the MInt ground to start excavating the underground tunnel. They inform the Professor, who looks content.

Meanwhile, Denver (Kim Ji-hoon) checks on Yoon Mi-seon (Lee Joo-bin) and has a heart-to-heart. Denver tells her he needs to find a good man, and Mi-seon reveals she is quitting the Mint. She kisses Denver. They have a passionate moment and sex scene. While this occurs, fans see Berlin inject himself with an unknown medicine.

In the police tent, Woo-jin is in jeopardy of being taken off the case. Moo-hyuk brazenly asks when she met her boyfriend, Park Sun-ho. He believes he is using her. Later on, the Professor meets with Woo-jin for drinks. While they take a walk, he reveals he strayed from the plan and has fallen in love.

At the same time, Woo-jin finds the corner of a bill in her pocket. Money Heist: Korea finale has the Professor return to his cafe but is stopped by Moo-hyuk.
