Wilmer Valderrama made his acting debut in a Pacific Bell television commercial. He then appeared in the Disney Channel series “Omba Mokomba,” and an episode of “Four Corners” in 1998. He made his film debut in the 2001 film “Summer Catch,” in which he played the role of Mickey Dominguez.

Valderrama became a household name after starring in “That ‘70s Show” from 1998 to 2006. His other movie and television roles include “Party Monster,” “Fast Food Nation,” “Unaccompanied Minors,” “Awake,” and “From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series.” Valderrama joined the “NCIS” cast in 2016. His first episode is titled “Rogue.”

Valderrama has a colorful way of explaining how he felt after joining the “NCIS” cast. During an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” host Kevin Frazier about “NCIS” season 16, the actor gives a candid description of his first few days on the set:

It was like parachuting into a rolling train. Because you’re expected to do a number of things. But above it all, you’re really expected to have fun. And going back to theater, the more fun you have onstage, the more fun your audience has. And I think that was the gift of re-finding that fire again.

Wilmer Valderrama’s second job

During an interview with “Watch!” magazine, Valderrama spoke about his time on “NCIS” and the second job he goes to at the end of his workday. Where does the actor go once an episode wraps? He revealed to the publication he has his own production company, WV Entertainment. He spends time here after work so he can work on his TV projects. “I’ve had a production company, WV Entertainment, for about 10 years,” said Valderrama in a 2017 interview. “When I leave set, I go straight to that office to continue to develop and produce.”

Two projects produced by Valderrama are “The Hollywood Puppet Show,” and the animated film “Charming.” In the latter project, Valderrama provides the voice for Prince Charming. “I’m going to be the first Latin Prince Charming in the history of fairy tales!” Valderrama told the publication.
